At approximately 2:20 p.m I selected a silver car wash for $8.00 and pumped $25.01 worth of gasoline at pump #2. Afterwards I never received a receipt at the pump and proceeded to inform the cashier. She came out and looked at the pump and told me she couldn't give me my money back and her manager wasn't there. I never asked her for the money back. She asked how did I pay and I told her I paid with debit card and to look it up on her register. She printed the receipt and said it wasn't mine because the receipt shows it was paid with cash. She began to assist other customers. I told her I need the code or my money back and showed her that I was charged $33.01. She continued to tell me she couldn't assist and needed to call her manager and that he wouldn't be in today. She asked if I used debit or credit card and I told her I already told her that and showed her the charge from my account and that my car hadn't left pump #2. She then prints out a receipt with the code. She was very nasty and rude and I have only encountered her twice but both times she was nasty. The first time I asked if they had ice because I didn't see the cooler. She told me they were all out. As I was going back to my car I noticed the ice cooler on the side and as I was getting a bag she quickly came from inside the booth to where I was at like I was going to steal the ice. I proceeded to the outside register and asked her why did she come out like that and she stated it was because she was going to call her manager to ask to see if they had ice for me. I want a free car wash or gas card for the rude and disrespectful behavior. I have been a loyal customer and this discrimination has got to stop.
