Placed mail order for fly fishing items on 12-12-22 and only received some of the items ordered. I inquired about my back ordered items and was informed that they would send them when their supplier had them available. I never heard back from them or received any sort of refund on my credit card. I contacted the business 3 days past via email and did not receive a response. My account with them had been deleted when I checked their web site. ***** was my order number. I tried to file a dispute with my credit card services but it was too late to dispute.Business response

We corresponded with ************ and were able to determine that funds were due him but he had not been communicated with regarding the funds. We issued a check for the funds due to ************, in the amount of $32.00, and emailed him with the check information. The check was mailed today, 12/20/23, to the address provided by him.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
