I got stuck in a ditch pulling my 57 Chevy Belair on a trailer in the dense fog. The right rear wheel of the truck was getting stuck in the ditch but the trailer was still next to the road. When the tow driver from Mach One Towing assessed the situation he thought it was better to pull my truck forward which resulted in getting the trailer to slide into the ditch. Therefore he was unable to pull both the truck and trailer out so he called for a second tow truck to help him. In my assessment, it would of been better to pull me backwards towards the street where the trailer wouldn't of slid into the ditch with the car on it. This would also allow the truck rear tire to assist in getting out. As a result of their decision, I had to pay for two tow trucks which I don't believe I should of had to if the 1st tow truck would of pulled me out in reverse instead of forward. I tried to explain my reason to the girl who answered the phone and she seemed rude by stating "I know who you are and the truck driver did nothing wrong" and basically didn't want to hear my explanation and said she was going to hang up which she did. I have pictures that shows the trailer at a 45 degree angle in the ditch. What's your opinion?
