I called for a routine maintenance service on my Air Conditioner in my home. The Technician came and found a leak on 5/29/24 .The Technician not only couldn't find the leak but after his inspection the unit was no longer working at all. The Technician recommended the control board be replaced. Two days later the Company sent a different Technician out to make the repair. I paid ****** to replace the control board. The system worked for 2 days. The company sent out a 3rd Technician who said he couldn't confirm the need for the original part I replaced and said the problem could be another part all together. The third Technician admitted he had no knowledge of how to repair such an advanced Air Conditioner. The Technician left my Air Conditioner Unit disassembled and said he would return the following day. On June 3,, 2024 I waited for the Technician to return and he did not. I contacted A plus Heating and Air and they told me they were sending another Technician which would be the 4th in a week. I waited for several hours and no one called or showed up to my home. I would like my money back because I'm not sure the 1st Technician didn't cause the damage, I don't believe this Company knows how to repair the System and I don't trust them. I now have to pay not only to repair the System but to also have the System reassembled because the 3rd Technician left it in pieces.Business response
