I placed an order for 20 vape cartridges. I paid $6.98 in extra shipping costs because an adult signature would be required. I didn't understand why an adult signature would be required since I wasn't buying anything with nicotine but I went ahead and paid it. The item was delivered to my house today while nobody was at home. I emailed them to ask why I had to pay a fee for an adult signature when it wasn't actually required. Their reply was " How does that have anything to do with us? Your mailman is an idiot." I would call them and complain but like others have said, there is no phone number available to call. I would leave them a ****** review but that is non-existent as well. I don't think it is good business practice to charge someone for something that isn't necessary and then to get rude with the customer when asked about it.Initial Complaint

I ordered multiple products off their website, and the website required a signature. The post office left a note saying they tried to deliver and the pink slip they left led me to the incorrect post office. I attempted a redelivery with the post office, but it did not work, and there was no information on where this package was. When requesting for the item to be reshipped or for a refund, I was then charged a restock fee and some other fee. They were originally going to charge me 25% and refund 75% but said "because I was a past customer they would refund 90%". This does not seem fail considering I never received the item and had no way of retrieving it. The price I paid was $131.36 and then my refund was $103.65. They also did not have a phone number for me to attempt to talk to anyone, and the correspondance occured over e-mail so I have everything in writing.I would like the remaining $27.71 refunded please.Customer response

I ordered an incorrect product on an order I placed around 11/24. Order #****** I emailed the company asking how I return it for a refund. DAYS later, they replied & provided me a PO Box to return it to and said I'd be refunded after it was received. Ever since it delivered I have emailed them asking about the status of my refund. The return tracking number was **** ********************** I've emailed them a total of 12 times asking for an update and have been completely ignored. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company regarding this as well. Completely unacceptable customer service.Initial Complaint

Purchased from Suorin USA and saw that it mentions packages will be returned to shipping if you are not home for delivery. I was well aware that it need a 21 signature. Their shipping method offers pickup at local drop locations or to reschedule delivery times. When I attempted to change delivery times to a time I was available it was declined, and when I asked if I could pick up locally I got the same. Suorin says I can pay for new shipping or only a partial refund.Business response

In fact, we clearly state WITHIN THE CHECKOUT PROCESS - BEFORE PAYMENT IN LARGE RED INK what will happen when a package is sent back to us. I ordered a device on December 13th and have been trying to contact anyone about shipping information (required to sign for the package.) There is absolutely no way to talk to ****************, and I've emailed multiple times with no response. I think they scammed me of almost ****Business response
