On August 1st, 2024, I entered U Spa Asian Massage looking for chronic back pain relief, as I entered I was greeted by an older asian woman who spoke minimal english and though I had my concerns I decided to book a $40/30 min massage that was supposed to include free hot stones and a shower anyways which I payed for with Venmo. I entered my private massage room and the lady instructed me to get undressed and then left the room, when she returned she was with another woman dressed in a suit who seemed to be person in charge because she came in questioning my initial $40 payment and also asked if I would be leaving a tip at the end, during this conversation the staff left me uncovered with the door open also. The ladies then gave each other a nod of approval and the lady in charge left the room. The massage lady then began to work on my back and the massage didnt feel professional at all. The lady first started gently caressing my back in swift motion applying little to no pressure at all, she quickly did my whole backside before exiting the room having barely started. While I waited for my masseuse to return (about 5 min) I began to hear moaning other disturbing noises coming from the other rooms. I thought about complaining to my masseuse but decided to just finish with my massage. I asked the lady to target my back and lower hip where I wanted pain relief at and though the lady listened and targeted the spots I wanted, she either used too much or too little pressure and it did not feel right. The massage provided zero relief and actually made my pain worse, and at the end of it all she asked me to turn front side up before inappropriately touching me and signaling signs for sexual favors and then proceeded to ask how much I would be tipping. I denied her requests immediately and requested her to proceed with the massage only. I requested my free hot stones and shower before being rudely forced to tip and offered more sexual favors and being extorted to leave.
