On June 21, 2024 I was in ***********, LA for a mini-vacation with my boyfriend. It had been since before the pandemic that I had shopped in person. We get ten steps into the mall and a woman accosts me with the hardest sales pitch I have ever endured. I tried to leave at least three times and she would find a way to block me, physically. I explained that I do not really use much skincare and that I would not use the product but she pressured me so hard that I felt like a purchase would mean my escape. The practices of this company are unacceptable and more people should be informed about these type of kiosks in malls. To add insult to injury, I have been trying to return the product since the following day. No phone numbers work, no ************ contact response. I disputed this charge, and the company does contact my bank saying I have never tried to return. Untrue. I will fight this until I am refunded in full. And I will shout from the ******** about this company and any other like that use bullying tactics to make sales.Initial Complaint

I purchased product from this store on October 3,2023 and purchased $326 worth of facial creams. When I purchased them I specifically asked the person who sold them to me at the store what happens if I have a bad reaction to this as I know my skin is sensitive and she said to just take them back and Id get my money back. A week later after using the products my face reacted so badly it felt like I was on fire. I went back and they said they did not give refunds when I was specifically told I could take this back. I have reached out the a customer service rep that was listed on the website and she said they cannot do anything about store purchases. Im trying to get this corrected by them because they gave me false information which influenced me to try the product out. Now I am unable to use them due to the reaction they causedBusiness response

Shopping at ********** ************* is amazing. Except lavelier and the royal bee. They are scammers!!!! They do not want to help their customers at all!! I bought some items after getting a free facial, it felt wonderful and I initially loved it, hence the buy. About an hour after leaving I noticed a rash and burning on my face. I tried to locate them and sent a customer service complaint to the ********************** company. Im assuming they contacted the local store because when I went back from the store they knew about my complaint. The pushy seller ***** told me that it was normal and to see how it was gonna settle after the night despite my multiple attempts saying no but I went with it. That evening I did my normal routine like they said but I face immediately turned red and burned like fire. I had to flush it multiple times with cold water to get it to stop burning. I went back the next morning and they have continued to refuse to return my items. Despite ***** saying he would help me out, no problem if I still wanted a return today (the next morning). Anyways he couldnt help me because we dont do returns in the store, you have to talk to corporate so he gave me a number of ******. She apparently is a customer service person. After 5 phone calls she finally answered and she told me that I could not return it store, that she would have to talk to her supervisor and tell him my complaints but that it could take up to 5 days to hear back from her as they dont normally take returns even though ***** had told me that they could return if I kept everything in original package (also this is on the company website) because they cant resell returned items but usually can do store credit. Im so disgusted with this company and their so called franchisee. I had a reaction to their stuff, I cant help it. I am not trying to be a problem!!!Initial Complaint

I'm Sunday July 3rd I want to the ******************* was going to the Jewelers and a very aggressive salesman for Lavelier was trying to sell me a product which I was interested in. I asked him about if I had any reaction to it if I could bring it back he said absolutely money back guaranteed! I'm in love with the product it's not the product yes it's expensive but I know their tricks and I tell them I can afford yada yada and that's how much I'll pay and that's it! No problem for me until I paid for it and look at the receipt as he hands it to me and it says absolutely no refunds! I confronted him immediately and said you just lied to me and told me I could bring it back if I had any reaction and your receipt clearly contradicts what you are telling people! And then I see the company that makes the product is being laying by putting the blame on the contractor which I understand but if this is such a good product why isn't the company exchanging it or refunding it?? I would rate this company as an F for flat out lying to your face! They wanted me to book ahead for facials and etc and I said nope absolutely not I'll pay when I come if I even come into this establishment anymore! I will never go back in there I know how to buy it online a lot cheaper! I just think something needs to be done about dishonest companies! I heard them telling people all kinds of lies just to get them to buy and boy do they put the pressure. I don't mind because I know how to say no! I know what my budget can afford and I'm not going to go over for them. It just stinks because they totally lie to everybody! I went in to the store at our mall in my town. I was given the sales pitch. Brought back again when I walked by to get a facial done. A different sales person approached me and asked to show me this hydrotherm treatment. I did the facial and was talked down from **** to 750 for the set and something else she threw in for "free". I was pushed to buy these and given so many "discounts". I was not told that I couldn't get a refund. The receipt says no refunds, no one told me in the store this. I had the facial done at 12 pm and at 5 pm my face was burning, itching, red. I washed my face with dove soap and it felt better after 20 minutes. I called the store and told them what happened and they said the best they could do is to exchange the products and find a better treatment for my skin. December 13, 2022 I purchased a light with 12 facials total amount $1844.50 I scheduled my first appointment. They called me later to tell me that appointment would not work because they are remodeling their store and wanted to make it for a location. I told them I work full-time and theres no way I would have time to go to a store that is another 40 minutes away. I said I would wait until the ********* ********** store open back up they assured me it was being remodeled and would open up in a months time. January ******************************************************************************************* it. I went through my credit card. They try to get my money back and under no circumstances will the company give my money back even though I have not had any of the services that were promised, which is 12 gold facials, moisturizers cleanings, face sea salt for the body a years supply.I feel like the employee knew that they were closing their doors and fraudulently allowed me to make a purchase for services that they knew I would never be able to get at that location but because they are paid on commission they sold it to me and lied.Customer response

April 3, approached by high sales people who kept me in their business for several hours and even when I said i could not afford product, they talked about their wonderful products. Two eye products and finally 4 facial treatments and a Perfectio X all for $2100. I felt bad leaving store and then read reviews and tried to ask for refund. So, like many of the other complainants, I was given the hard sell with many promises and ended up spending 2,500. I received only two of the promised 5 facials and then our mall where the store was located (***************) closed. Due to not being able to receive the full amount of my promised treatments, I tried to return all of the items (unused and unopened) that I was given and get a refund. I was told basically "too bad" this location closed and the new location would not be ready to see people for several months. I never received any further support, and when I called the number my salesperson gave me, it was no longer in service. *********************************************************** believed myself to be a pretty savvy consumer, but after this, never again. On Thursday September 22nd 22 at 12:45 PM I visited the Spokane Valley mall stores location. I was passing by as a sales person stopped me at the lavalier store and suggested I try the product. After a little conversing back-and-forth I spoke with him and shared how I purchased bionyx it left a really bad rash on my face and peeling after usage. I told him my experience was not so well and that bioniyx was already expensive I couldn't afford to waste more money on another skin Care line .He swindled me into the store and used some of the 24 karat gold product on myhand .After he wiped it off I felt a little burning and told him I'm not sure that I am too much interested in the product.. He kept insisting my face would not burn and he could cut me a deal for half the price that I paid for the original bioniyx product in the pink Box.. He kept insisting the 24 karat gold was not the bionics and I wouldn't have the same problem I previously had. But once I got to the register and paid the $100 plus the tax 10899 I gave him 120 and he couldn't afford to give me the change so he threw in another free lotion. The stem cell lotion to be exact. After coming home I really thought about it and decided I would not risk burning my face once more but after looking at the receipt I see it will be completely Worthless of me to make a trip asking for a refund that it clearly saidI will not be able to get. If you ask me it's bad business to not have proper change and throw in an extra item bamboozling me out of more money than I was already paying or willing to pay. Then lying saying it is not a product I already have had bad experiences with only to check the receipt and see it is still the same product just hidden with a different name. I. I am out of a $120 That is not refundable and I will never do business with them again and/or suggest anybody else do especially if there is no end result as far as you getting your money backBusiness response

This is my complaint copied directly from the email I sent to them. ***** I am not satisfied with your decision. As I stated before there are several reasons for my request: I was not advised of any medical warnings that were associated with this product. I have epilepsy and have seizures associated with light sensitivity. The warnings in the literature advise against the use in that case. I was sold a product that was already opened that was returned by another customer. I believe that if you find returns an issue due to the "situation these days" that I would not have been able to get a used machine. I have all of the unopened products still in my possession and would be able to return to you so you can sell them again. I believe you owe me a full refund due to non-disclosure of medical warnings. It would be a very serious situation if I were to have a serious medical event such as a seizure not knowing this. If you can't understand that and refuse to refund me in full, I will be contacting the FTC and the BBB to file a formal complaint concerning your sales practice. You should be required to inform every customer of potential medical implications. I look forward to your quick reply. Thank you. **** As I stated, I was not made aware of the medical issues that could cause seizures. It was not revealed to me. If I were to use this product and have a seizure I would be looking to sue them for negligence. If this is not resolved I will be directing my lawyer to begin. This customer service group should be responsible for communication with their dealers and demanding refunds based on abusive business practices. Thank you
