Greetings! My husband ******************* is having much difficulty in ascertaining an update on his prosthetic leg, as it has been going on almost four-five months. He has been unable to get ahold of anyone in the ********** office today and yesterday, and last week, they provided him with a tracking number that was no help at all. This has been a pattern over the course of the last four-five months; he cant get ahold of the office during normal business hours. We are unable to get an update. This is an emergency, as he is permanently disabled. Should we contact his insurance for help or the ombudsman for Medical? He has not been receiving great service at the ********** office due to staffing issues.Initial Complaint

I use their **********, ** location. My orthtotics were sent back multiple times, with the repair request not being done properly. Practitioner ******************************* was helping me. They often keep asking me to schedule appointments upon every pick up to discuss why it is not repaired correctly. Phone calls are not made to inform me when they are ready. I have to call them repeatedly to get updates. Their phone line is often unanswered. My texts to their text line are often unanswered. I am forced to stay with them because of my insurance plan. Please escalate this issue to corporate headquarters.Initial Complaint
