Received customized wooden children's puzzle via **** that I did not order. itwas shipped to my place of work with my name. Upon calling the phone number and extension on the label to report this, a woman's voice said my first name then nothing. It was obviously a recorded voice, a scam, and possibly recording my voice.Review from Therese W

No identifying information in the packaging they send merchandise in. No way to do a return or exchange. Avoid this company. I would like to know what names they do business under.Review from Nordean P

Ordered two sweaters they are way too small . There is no return address or return form but they did change my account right away. Waited almost 2 months for these sweaters. Do not buy from them! Its a scam!Review from Patrice F

Ordered a sweater size M from ** Express. A sweater large enough to fit a cow was sent. No paperwork for return. Might send back to the ************, return address, not holding my breath for a $$ return. As consumers, we have to be much more vigilant. The packaging had Chinese characters on it; this appears to be a Chinese scam, unless someone is posing as Chinese to avoid blame. PS This business is not BBB rated/accredited.Review from Kathleen R

RIP OFF, RIP OFF, RIP OFF! They actually claim to be shipping ******* shoes, but not only are they fakes, they are TERRIBLE fakes! They look and feel like they are made of bright colored duct tape! I wouldn't be caught dead in these shoes! SHAME ON YOU for ripping people off this way! I am dying if brain cancer and wanted to give myself a treat because I love ******..... you stole my money! Unfortunately, I read internet reviews after I experienced a terrible experience with ******** DBA *************************** from **************************** Suite #1. Sent me unwearable c*** and now refuses to refund my money. Items are NOTHING like the website/internet. Says I have to ship/return products to *********. I hate being ripped off. People taking advantage of other people without accountability is why folks get so frustrated they blow s*** up. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General. I don't know why the ****************** doesn't close this fraud/scam place down. When you look at the company reviews online, only 4 and 5 stars. That's a lie!!! I wrote my own review of 1 star that was not posted.Review from Cynthia S

Horrible! I'm so upset. Received my order, was damaged beyond repair, contacted them and first I could not understand her, second was extremely rude and was yelling at me, I requested to speak to a supervisor was told can't do that I work from home. **** asking her not to yell at me. I couldn't talk to her because of her rantings. Finally I hung up on her. Unbelievable.Review from Geraldine R

I will give them 0 starts. On August I purchased 5 items that looked very nice Online. After MONTHS, I received only 3 that turned out to be of the worse quality ever. Instead of starting a return, I decided to wait for the other 2 items in case they were similar. I waited MORE MONTHS for them and sure enough, the same garbage arrived. I was able to find the phone number for the return location given on the envelope. To my surprise, I was told I need to return the items to...CHINA at my own expense. I have tried to get a reimbursement from Pay-Pal and also my bank, but because THEY took so long to deliver from the original purchasing date, I'm stocked with these unwanted items. I tried again today and Michael told me that if I return this order to SF Express, they will dispose of them.
