  I took my motorcycle here on 02/16/2022 for front and rear tire mount and balancing. Shanae told me I had to leave it overnight due to lack of mecanics at the moment. I left the motorcycle overnight and was told to pick it up next day. When I picked it up the next day and rode it home, I noticed a big difference how my motorcycle performed all around. Loss of power, weak brakes, ran hot as if overheating, changed muffler and a different serial engine number on my motor. I talked to ********************* to ******* but got nowhere. I showed him pictures of the suspicious changes on my bike and he said they would fix the problem if he found something wrong. His mecanic told me to use a higher octane gasoline and an oil change were possibly to blame. Thats a joke, I have owned this bike for 6 months with under ***** miles only. It used to run like a brand new motorcycle. Now it runs like an used older bike. **** told me he would watch 24/7 video from cameras he has installed. 4 days later I called him and he said he didnt find anything in his video recordings. He didnt offer to show me the video proof to prove his earlier findings. I believe they took my new engine and transmission, my mufflers, front wheel and other newer parts off my fairly new motorcycle and exchange them for used and abuse ones. Thats why I feel the difference now. I dont want to *** anyone or put anyone in jail. I just want the motorcycle I left at his business BACK. Please help, at this point I dont trust Eastbay Motors AT ALL. Please Warn others of their business practices because I have been robbed of about $5000 or more from this place whether they admit it or not. Thinking of pursuing legal action. UNBELIEVABLE!! I know the burden of proof is on me and I just cant believe this just happens and victims have to go through h*** proving it. Thankyou.   Unfortunately, there is simply no way this could have occurred. I personally reviewed all video footage of the time the unit was in our possession and this simply did not occur. As the customer mentioned, I offered to share this video footage with him, but he declined.

  We have an unblemished reputation of honesty for over  years at this location and stand by that reputation.

  I believe the customer is simply a very suspicious person (he told me a story of someone stealing pistons out of his motor many years ago as well). I recommend the customer take a look at his registration or title after which I am sure he will see the numbers match the engine currently in his motorcycle.

  Simply put, this is a 7 year old motorcycle. It is not a popular model and the parts have no real value. No reason anyone would want to take and replace them, especially when we can get replacements at cost as a dealer. There is simply no advantage to taking the time to steal these parts, let alone take the time to replace them.

  I hope the customer will do a little more investigation, or speak with someone and come to the correct conclusion.
