On 08/14/2023 I came in to look at vehicles at Gosch Chevrolet in Hemet CA 92545 had an appointment with sales associate Georgi Radkov right off the bat. He was rude, non-welcoming took my information came back told me that it’s gonna take an hour and a half to run my credit with the banks then he started tailgating me and asking me personal questions about my bank account, and if I even have money in my bank account, which I felt violated, sat there and waited to hour and a half for them to say that I was not accepted, and that, even if I had a bigger down payment, they would not take me at all wasted my whole day. They’re very upset left. The next day on 08/15/2023 I purposely went to another Chevy dealership, and they ran my credit with the banks, took no longer than 10 to 15 minutes and I was a approved with my credit that is 670 for a 2020 Chevy Malibu the next day on 08/16/2023 I was thinking really heavy and realize something then sat right, so I returned back to Gosch Chevrolet to speak with the sales manager, which they look surprised that I was there. I asked for a copy of the banks that they ran my credit with in denial. They didn’t want to give it to me, but I stated that I have rights to that the guy said that he only ran it for three banks supposedly but only printed out two banks, and the information is not all on the paperwork that I originally gave the sales consultant and the date that he put down that my credit was ran was wrong. I wasn’t even in there dealership that day at all he put down. 08/13/2023 and it did not even pop up on my credit report they falsely created some paperwork saying that they ran my credit and they didn’t, and the guy even joked when I was telling him how I’m a good person and I don’t deserve to be treated like that and how I don’t drink or do drugs. The sales manager told me that I should try, while all this is going down, the floor, sales manager was there
