Necessary Cookies

What are necessary cookies?
These cookies are necessary for the site to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions made by you that amount to a request for services, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in or filling in forms. You can set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the site will not work. These cookies do not store any personally identifiable information.

Functional Cookies

What are functional cookies?
These cookies enable the site to provide enhanced functionality and personalization. They may be set by us or by third party providers whose services we have added to our pages. If you do not allow these cookies, some or all of these services may not function properly.

Performance Cookies

What are performance cookies?
These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our site. They help us to know which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around the site. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. If you do not allow these cookies we will not know when you have visited our site, and will not be able to monitor its performance.

Pattern of Complaint

Complainants generally allege that they do not receive their order and they wait longer than the stated shipping time for delivery. Complainants also indicate that it can be difficult trying to reach a customer service representative for help with questions, orders, and return requests made by phone or email. In some cases, complaints allege that they are informed that their products will be shipped soon but then all communication seems to cease.

The company typically does not respond to complaints.

BBB believes that the complaints contain a pattern of allegations and contacted the business on September 22 and September 29, 2016. We requested the company provide to us steps that it is taking to eliminate the underlying cause of complaints, if any. As of today, we have not received a reply to our correspondence.

Alert

The Federal Trade Commission’s Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (Rule), which also applies to sales made via the internet, requires, in part, that when you advertise merchandise, you must have a reasonable basis for stating or implying that you can ship within a certain time. And if, after taking the customer’s order, you learn that you cannot ship within the stated time (or within 30 days if no time-frame is specified), you must seek the customer’s consent to the delay. If the customer does not consent to the delay, the Rule states that the refund must be mailed within seven working days after cancellation of the order for payments made by cash, check or money order, or within one billing cycle of the customer’s card if paid by credit card.

For more information regarding the Rule visit: the Federal Trade Commission’s website.
