I ordered two towel warmers and received only one. It was acknowledged by receipt that I was charged for two. Attempts to contact company by phone have been futile. Email responses appear to be AI generated and general. I am unable to reach anybody at Zadro who can rectify their error. I want the second warmer but will reach out to my card holder to reverse charges unless I hear from them in the next 72 hours.Initial Complaint

I purchased a towel warmer that was faulty causing a second degree burn. This product not only was faulty it also lacks warnings including the safety of families and children. I reported the incident and at first they responded requesting medical records bills and photos of the product. I was informed someone (insurance) broker would be contacting me and there has been no response in approximately 45 days. *** sent emails and contacted ***************************** with no response.Initial Complaint

Better Business Bureau stop sending my complaint to ******* ********* is in **************** ********** clearly. My brand new makeup mirror stopped working. **************** told me to pop open the mirror with a knife to check the bulb and the mirror cracked. This is inappropriate customer service I want my mirror replaced. This is a very expensive 10x makeup mirror. This company is responsible for the breakage because they are the ones that instructed me to use a knife to open up the back.Initial Complaint

Called company on advice how to replace bulb. Representative directed me to take s**** out and pry open mirror if stuck. Followed Representatives advice which cracked mirror. This is my disabled daughter's mirror 10x and she depends on it. If not for the bad advice of the representative this would not have happened I have had this mirror a long time this is not fair and I want the mirror replaced.Initial Complaint

I purchased this light-up mirror in Bed, ************* (BB&B) in March 2022 and over the last month the light sporadically comes on and often it does not. BB&B has a 30 day return policy and I have checked they no longer have this model so I was obligated to turn to the manufacturer Zadro for a replacement. Their customer service does not answer calls and only a message can be left. I left 3 messages over a 2 week period of time and never got a call back or reply. I need a replacement. The mirror is a LED Lighted Next Generation Battery operated dual Magnification 10X/1X mirror. I would like a replacement sent to my home address. Attached is a copy of my receipt and a photo of the mirror and description.Initial Complaint

I purchased a Zadro tranquil sound oxygen bar from bed bath & beyond. It was new, unopened, and sold as a red dot which discounted it at 75% off. The box has a red sticker on it that says do not return to original store once opened. The product only worked around three times before it quit performing. I contacted the company through email and did not hear back so I contacted them again this time through the phone. ***** from Zadro told me they would not stand behind the product because I didn't pay enough for it. I had her call bed bath & beyond, they first told her the wrong information so I then I called Bed ************* and spoke to a woman named *** she said yes it was a brand new machine and the discount was because of the red dot on the box so she asked me to have ***** from Zadro call her back again. ***** emailed me back and said she understood now, but because it was sold at that price they will not stand behind it. So I had no recourse from the store nor from Zadro. A warranty is a warranty and should be covered is that. I sent all the pictures and screenshots of the emails associated with this issue. I also included the pictures I took of other products in the stores that were sold as as is or as store returns to show the difference they are the yellow stickers in the pictures. I think I might have got a couple of the pictures in there twice it was hard to tell what is there or not. Thanks,***********************Initial Complaint

We own a Zadro Mirror that we are having problems with. I first contacted Zadro **************** on 1/27/22 via email and again later that day leaving a voicemail via phone call. I again left a voicemail the next day as well as on Feb 2nd. In total, I have left more than 5 messages requesting a call back. Unfortunately, Zadro does not respond to ANY of their consumer calls. After not receiving ANY TYPE OF ATTEMPTED RETURN CALLS, I went to BBB only to see that they have an "F" rating. I still would like a return call so that I can resolve why my mirror doesn't work and hopefully correct the situation.Thank you.Initial Complaint

We are a retired couple in our 70's on a fixed income. We purchased a "Zadro Ultra Large Luxury Bucket-Style Towel Warmer with auto shut Off and 4 Timer Settings for Bathroom, ******* It came with a one year warranty. After just six months it failed to turn on in order to heat up a towel. I wrote the company and requested a repair or replacement under the warranty. Their response was "Thank you for contacting us about "Will not turn on". We will read your email and respond to you real soon!" That was over 5 weeks ago. We paid $161.61 (including shipping) and purchased it through Amazon on May 3, 2021. We were pleased with the operation of the towel warmer until it stopped working. We would appreciate your help in securing either a full refund, repair without shipping charges, or a replacement. Thank you for any assistance in resolving this issue. ***** and ********* Plaza
