White Elm Films was our wedding videographer. Their contract states that they will return videos within 16 weeks of our wedding date, and it has been 19 weeks without any word of when we will get our videos back. They responded once that they were delayed, but then have not responded to subsequent emails demanding more information. Multiple ****** reviews suggest that other couples are going through the same problem.Initial Complaint

I hired White Elm Films (***** and *****************) to *************** on July 22, 2023. I signed my contract and paid a deposit of $1,225 on February 13, 2023. As per the contract, I paid the remaining amount of $2,275 on June 21, 2023. In the contract, it states that Delivery of all final products will be delivered concurrently digitally to the Client within 16 weeks of the event. As per the contract, I did not make requests during this 16 week period. I followed up with Project Manager *************************** on November 12th asking for my wedding video, and was given a new estimated date of arrival of December 4, 2023 on November 29, 2023. Since December 5, 2023, I have received no video nor any communications from White Elm Films after attempting to make contact via email, phone call, and instagram direct message.Other brides who hired White Elm Films have reached out to me regarding my public online review and sharing that they have had a similar experience as well. White Elm Films has missed their deadlines and has stopped replying to emails. I would like my video and a partial refund, or a full refund of $3,500.
