****** ********** a woman who works here is also dating my sister decided to help me get a car knowing I was having a hard time because I don't have a license , and because I also have circumstances that were inhibiting my availability to finance a car and after knowing all this information she had me fly out there as I live in another state. Her ****** ***** and ***** ****** assured me that they had found financing and allowed me to drive off with the car after paying my down payment and insurance 2 weeks later I was getting phone calls from my sister saying they were going with a different bank and continued to change the story about whether or not I was able to keep the car for 43 days. In the end west side auto deals and leasing were being fined **** for falsifying my documents "per the bank associate handling my financing who assured me the **** was not my responsibility to pay " and they told me that if I don't ***** the money to ****** they would not do the financing for me. So after I *****d the money to ****** I called ****** to ask if that was it and would the car finally be mine but she started yelling and cussing me out and said she would not finance the car for me. During the 45 days I would try to speak with ****** but the only person who I communicated with was my sister who does not work there. When it was time to give the car back they refused to refund my down payment and no one from the actual company actually contacted me in regards ti returning the car so they decided to repossess the car and still refuse to give me back my down payment. They also sent someone to get the key who did not work for the company because "****** would beat me up"Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/10) */ ************** was contacted by a representative from Westside Auto Sales and made arrangements to surrender the vehicle and will receive a refund amount along with a breakdown of any restocking fees. When a representative went to retain the vehicle *********** refused to surrender the vehicle and the key. A repo was issued through *******************. Once the vehicle was retained a representative from Westside Auto Sales sent a message to *********** asked her to return the key to ********** ******** to avoid any unnecessary fees. *********** never responded to the message. A representative from the company went to ********* to retain the vehicle from *******************. All of *********** belongings were left at ******************* for *********** to pick up. *********** mother ******* contacted ****************** in regards to when *********** should receive her refund. ****************** informed ******* that *********** refund is coming from Westside Auto Sales Corporate department directly along with a breakdown sheet of any fees deducted because Westside Auto Sales is no longer in business, so everything has to come directly from corporate with a complete breakdown with the refund check. They can not issue a refund via ACH because a new business has taken over the location and Westside Auto Sales no longer has the access to refund via ACH card refund.
