WARNING TO ALL. 100% *******************I have been scammed out of thousands of dollars from *********************************, GET DANDY, ************************************************* engaged GETDANDY, a subsidiary of FAR NORTH REVIEW, to assist in removing spam reviews from my business's online profile. I paid $3,000 for their services, yet they failed to deliver any results or tangible outcomes as promised. Despite repeated attempts to contact them via email, they have not responded.Additionally, without any explanation or further communication, they have continued to debit my account for services that have not been rendered. This experience has shown GETDANDY and FAR NORTH REVIEW to be highly unprofessional and unethical in their business practices.I strongly advise others to avoid working with ********************************* or any related companies, as they have demonstrated fraudulent behavior.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. I sincerely apologize for any frustration or misunderstanding regarding our services and communication. I want to take this opportunity to address the points you raised and clarify how we operate. You initially signed a two year contract for our review dispute service and review replies, at a rate of $218 per month.

Regarding your concern about the results of the service, I would like to highlight an important point in the contract you signed. As stated, while we cannot guarantee the removal of negative content, we are fully committed to pursuing all available legal and commercial solutions to achieve that goal. Our process involves working through multiple channels and entities, each with its own complexities, which sometimes impacts the speed of results. Although these efforts may take time, rest assured that we are actively working on your behalf.

I understand how crucial online reputation is for your business, and I want to ensure that you feel supported. Please let me know if you would like to schedule a call to discuss the specific actions we've taken so far and the next steps in our ongoing efforts.

Regarding the charges to your account, our billing reflects the continuous work we undertake to resolve negative content issues, even if visible results are not immediate. That said, if there's been any misunderstanding or if youd like a detailed breakdown of our work, I'm happy to provide it and investigate any concerns further.

Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced, and I remain committed to making things right. Please feel free to respond to this email with a convenient time for a call, or I am available to discuss your concerns.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

      Dear Dandy Representative,
Thank you for your response, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of results and the justification provided. It has been over a year since I signed up for your service, and not a single positive outcome has been delivered. This is unacceptable and suggests that either your software is defective or the service you are providing is based purely on hopes and dreams. No reasonable person would pay for such a service with no tangible results for an entire year.

The contract we signed is void if you cannot provide the service that your sales team guaranteed. I was led to believe that there would be clear outcomes from the review dispute service, but after 12 months, nothing has materialized. You continue to charge me $218 per month for a service that has provided absolutely no value, which is completely unjustifiable.
Explain to me how long you would continue paying monthly for a service based on empty promises with no visible results? Your company is a complete FRAUD! I request that you refund all funds paid to date, as you have failed to deliver the service you committed to. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take further action to recover the funds for services not rendered.
I look forward to your immediate response with details on how you will process this refund.

Beware working with Dandy. I was curious about their online reputation manager so I scheduled a call with them. They made it clear that they would work with our ****** profile to remove negative reviews. After using the service for a year, they were able to remove 1-2 reviews, not what they promised but removing ****** reviews can be hard and take time, so I understood. I did not want to renew our contract so I reached out a few months before our contract was set to renew. Here's where the problem comes in. When you ask to cancel your service, they will get you to schedule a call with one of their salespeople, this call is to try and convince you to stay by using their QR code to see more reviews removed. I made it very clear I did not want to do this, I wanted to cancel our contract after our last payment. They said they would cancel it, fast forward 3 months and we are still being billed by ACH (they automatically remove funds instead of check payment). I scheduled another call in attempt to cancel, they assured me the account would be terminated and we would no longer be billed, I have an email confirmation from one of their representatives, I wanted something in writing since it is nearly impossible to contact Dandy. They are still charging us, I had to contact our bank in attempt to stop the auto billing. Don't believe it's a scam? Go on their website and try to find a physical address for this business. Give them a call and try to talk to a real person. They cycle people on phones so you never talk to the same person. I was never able to reach the account executive who originally sold me the service. Dandy is a total scam! Stay away!

I have been paying monthly amounts to this service and I wish to cancel as I have not seen any progress. I have sent numerous emails, left numerous voice messages and no one returns my calls or messages. I am unable to cancel without speaking to someone live as per their policies. Meanwhile, I am forced to continue to pay for their services, which I do not want. I do not want ** services - which do not work. I did not sign up for these. I wanted a live human to contest these postings. Further, no work has been done on my account for over six months. The company could not tell me the dates that any work was actually performed on my account when I asked for proof. I am done and I just want to cancel my account at this time with no fees and no penalties.

On 4/10/23 I contracted Dandy for assistance in disputing and ***orting negative reviews. I signed a 1 year contract billed at $249 per month. For the first several months we had 7 total reviews removed, then nothing. I reached out on 1/12/24 to review our account with an account **** and it wasn't until 3/26/24 when I finally got sent a meeting link for my account *** and a meeting was set for 4/5/24. In that Zoom call, he addressed my concerns by saying review removal takes time, and then tried to sell me a bunch of additional services. I told him since my renewal was the following week, I would like to have until 4/12/24 to make the decision on how to proceed. He said no problem, he could extend the renewal deadline. We set a meeting for 4/12/24. On 4/11/24, I wrote to ******** that we decided not to keep Dandy and he could cancel our account and our 4/12/24 scheduled meeting. ******** ***lied that my account had already renewed for another full year on 4/10/24 so there was nothing he could do... so he lied about the extension. On 5/7/24, I finally got a manager to set a meeting with me for 5/23/24 to deal with this. He let me know I had to give 1 month notice to cancel. I shared my attempts to make that kind of contact for 3 months prior to my renewal date with no response. We agreed it should be escalated to another manager with the power to cancel the account. I met with ***** on 6/7/24. She acknowledged the struggles I had gone through and told me that she would cancel the account, but that it would have to be the following month after our June billing. On 6/25, 7/1, and 7/8, I attempted to confirm my account would be cancelled prior to the next 7/11/24 billing. At that point, I checked my account terms and saw not only was my contract not cancelled, but they extended the terms of service to 2031, far beyond the one year term in the contract I signed. We were billed again on July 11th. I am now locked out of my dashboard and no one will respond at all.

Signed up with Dandy July 2023 on the expectation that the service would be able to remove fraudulent reviews on **** and ******. I was promised that reviews would be removed over time. Its been almost a year and they have removed only 5 reviews. I pay $300 per month. I called and requested to cancel before my anniversary date and the customer service manager stated that I had to cancel 30 days prior or per the contract, I would be auto-renewed. I told him that is a terrible way to do business and he said that the contract stated this in small print. He said I have to pay another year. I asked for the manager and he said the manager does not talk to customers. *******************.

I am sorry for your negative experience. I see that you met with our team back in Feb 2024, where we worked together to review your account. At that time there was not a cancellation, but rather we offered you QR code materials and adjusted your price down to 299$ per month from the 349$. Our team worked with you in good faith as we aim to help your business reputation as a whole. If you would still like to cancel, even though the service contract has renewed, I can have the team process that cancellation for you at this time.

My company contracted with Getdandy.com for removal of bad online reviews. After reading several of the other complaints mine is very similar. They sold themselves as capable of removing many of the negative reviews which is what we were interested in. They required a year contract so we did. After 6 months I called and said that we were disappointed in the performance as there was only one removed. He said it takes time so we went another 3 months and there were no more that got removed. When I called again he said that it takes time and tried to divert me to the other products that were accessible. He also said that the ** codes were designed to get good reviews and we should focus more on getting good reviews so it drowns out the bad ones. We were only interested in the removal of the bad reviews. I told the man that I wished to cancel the contract and he said that was impossible and they would charge me more money if I cancelled than if I had just paid the couple of months remaining. After investigating I am finding that others had the exact same experience that I did. They need to stop misleading customers and refund customers.

Dandy Inc. (GetDandy.com) has misused our web contact form to send spam messages, flooding us with unsolicited service offers for over two years. Despite multiple attempts to unsubscribe from different domains/ email addresses, they have not honored requests and continue to send unsolicited emails to each of our concepts. Worse, they resort to changing sender details when unsubscribed or blocked. The relentless stream of unsolicited spam messages they send daily and weekly is costing our company valuable time and money. We request an immediate cessation of emails from Dandy and any of its affiliates and/ or partners (emails appear to be filled out using automated ai software) to our organization, using any of our company's contact email addresses .Joesoriginal1.com Theblackwhale.com Brotherhoodnantucket.com Thesailloftdartmouth.com Whalestailnb.com Ciscokitchenandbar.com

I started with Dandy in May 2023 with promises of deleting negative reviews within a few months. We laid our our expectations and were told they were doable. When we reached the 6 month I reached out with concerns about how they weren't performing how I expected them to, and the amount of reviews removed were much lower than I wanted. Their response was I should wait until it's closer to the 1 year **** and I'll really see a difference. We get to the 10 month **** and they drastically under performed, and definitely oversold. I asked to cancel the account once we got to the 1 year **** and they said I had to hop on a call with someone. I get on the call and this person tells me that the reason this isn't working is because I need to add their QR code to receipts and put it around my restaurants in order for people to want to leave us more 5 star reviews. I told them that on the initial sales call I had told them I did not want to do that, and that what they're trying to do now and give me positive reviews, but not remove the negative ones like they promised. We go back and forth for a while and they tell me my account will be cancelled on 5/16, and I have an email confirming that. It's not June 27th and they have charged me for 5/20 and 6/20. This was such a horrible experience, if you are considering using this company please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. There are plenty of other reviews that are similar to mine so it's clear they do this regularly.

      Good morning,
I wanted to reach out to you this morning after having reviewed your account and case. I firstly do want to say that I am sorry for any stress or confusion that has been had in this situation. I will be reaching back to you directly via phone as well to address this further. I do se we had removed over 50 negative reviews for you prior to the account being cancelled, and we would love to find a way forward that allowed us to help serve you further if ever possible. While we can not promise what is removed due to that decision being in the hands of the review site, we do exercise every commercially available option to do so. I hope that when speaking together we are able to ensure both your satisfaction, and a way to assist your business the best way possible. It is my mission to make sure you are not just protected against negative reputation but generating positive reputation as well so that you rank higher to generate more revenue.

My company signed up to use Dandy's services in December of 2023 and signed a month to month agreement at $450/month. In April of 2024, we decided that we were going to terminate the contract because we didn't feel like they were delivering what they promised. After multiple emails and phone calls to representatives over the course of two weeks, I finally got an appointment where I'd be able to speak with someone that would be able to deactivate the account. After a long discussion with her where I consistently let her know that we didn't want discounts or any other services, she let me know that my final billing date would be May 15th and that my account would then be deactivated on June 15th. On June 14th, I called Dandy's customer service line to confirm that my account would be deactivated the following day and they confirmed it. On the 17th, I saw that Dandy took another $450 out of my bank account and all of the services were still active. I sent an email demanding a refund and didn't get a response. I called on Monday, demanded a refund, and was told that they'd have to talk to their billing department and call me back to see what could be done. On Wednesday, I called again and got the same answer. On Friday, I let them know if I didn't get a call back by the end of the day we'd be filing a lawsuit on Monday, and still didn't get a response as to why my account had remained active and was still being charged. After reading other BBB complaints, this fraudulent behavior seems to be a common issue.

I have reviewed your account with the team here and I apologize if the process was not complete. I have immediately reviewed the account, issued refund, and confirmed cancellation has been complete. There had been two separate tickets open and billing had not actioned the cancellation due to only seeing the previous ticket. I will be reaching out to you directly to confirm and if you have any additional questions or concerns please to let me know. I will be addressing the team directly on this matter and corrective actions will be taken.
