I paid UAG $49 a month since 2016 to handle my student loans. They said I would pay a low monthly price and I was on a forgiveness plan where I had to pay $38.94 per month for my loans and they would be forgiven after 25 years due to the plan on I was on and what was happening at the time in the office that this program was available. I was asked to renew my income-driven repayment plan this month and because I am not considered poverty level, my new loan servicer is telling me the lowest my payments can be is over $700, which is a dramatic difference. With the cost of everything these days, mortgage, cars, groceries, things for my *************, that is a major difference. My new loan servicer can't even see the last recertification that was completed that this company handled for me, so I have no idea how they completed it or what information they used. The website is no longer and the company is out of business. When you call them, it is now a medical alert system. I'm extremely distraught and stressed about this and want a refund of what was spent during that time.

This company contacted me end of 2022, I signed an agreement with them in January of 2023 for them to file a tax relief credit, all gun-ho in the beginning. Numerous emails, phone calls. Up till about four months ago. When I got a phone call from them requesting that I pay them $10,000 plus dollars and the *** was sending me the rest. At that point I said NO and have never heard from them since. To date have not received a dime from the ***. Company was obviously a scam. I'm usually pretty good about staying away from them but I did get suckered in. I'm just glad I did not Give them any money. Please be very cautious all these companies out there that are willing to File for these tax reliefs on your behalf.

United Advisors Group continued to collect my payments while school loans were on hold, but trusted advisors who collected my payments for years were not in the office to contact. *************************** sent me renewal forms and would've continued to collect payments from me, but he never took my call when I needed to correct an error in the forms. I priority mailed the paperwork to him certified mail on March 6, 2021. The envelope was just returned to me, the sender. I guess the business no longer exists. Please, if you can tell me, who is the registered agent for United Advisors Group? Who do I even file against?Thank you!************************************ ************ Their Account Number ****************************

Since 2015 I signed up a contract with this company that stated that they are a forgiveness program that after 25 years whatever is not paid it will be forgiven. Payments started at $41 dollars and in 2020 went up to $49 dollars every months. Last payment withdrawn was 1/11/2022. *** I uploaded some of the emails. The link that are added to the emails would not open and the numbers are no longer in service when I call.

I have been with United Advisors Group since 2014 in the loan forgiveness program. I never had any issues with the company until the summer of 2021. The last contact I had with ****** was via email and he informed me all employees were working from home and their phones were not set up to deal with the high volume of calls they were receiving. He sent me re enrollment forms via email and there was an error on the paperwork. I emailed him requesting to speak with him a total of 4 times after the paperwork was emailed and did not receive a response. Most recently when I sent an email it was returned. No further contact has been made and it is concerning. Something needs to be done about this "company", people need to have their money returned to them, and wrongs need to be righted.

I go through United Advisors Group for 19 year loan forgiveness program. I renew every year in January for the renewal which is in February. I have been reaching out to the company by email and phone since the end of December to see what I need to do. I left many voicemails ad recent as yesterday 1/21/2022. I have tried to email 5 different email addresses and they all get kicked back saying not valid address. I believe I am going into 6th years. They say if payment skipped or renewal not done you are no longer eligible. After renewal is done, the payments are set up. My payments have been made through Navient up until now. They have now transferred from Navient to another company. i have read many people are having an issue with United Advisors. This is very frustrating and nerve wrecking. u am hoping you can help.
