In or about March of 2021 I reached out to a credit repair/debt, validation company. I had been current with all my credit until I had to go into the hospital and have nine surgeries. As a single mother of three at the time I was living off of child support and credit cards.I started falling behind and couldnt keep up. As I was only receiving a small amount of child support so therefore I was living off credit cards to support my three ************ So I decided to reach out to a company creditor relations at ************************************************************** they, then apparently put me in touch with a gentleman by the name of *************** who was with a company called HopeDocuments,********************************** #************. ******************************************************************** I remember spending hours on the phone with him.*************** assured me over and over again that this was the best route for me. He then explained how I should stop paying all of my credit cards and keep only one for an emergency and he suggested target. **** then enrolled me in a credit repair debt resolution program (apparently), for 21 months at $240 monthly starting April 5 of 2021 would be my first automatic withdraw from my only account I have, which is my checking through ******************************** bank. These payments were to be taken out monthly and were to alleviate debt and help with my credit score. Starting around April/May 2023 I started receiving letters from creditors, being sued, judgment notices complaint on contract, ect. I have tried multiple times for months now reaching out to this company and have not received any response by phone or email. The website is no longer in existence. The phone number ************** just put you on hold and eventually hangs up on you with some automated message. And all the email correspondence I previously had. I have tried to reach out through, and no one will reply. So as of now they have stolen $5040 from me and now I am left with nothing and being sued!nightmareInitial Complaint

I am a recent college grad that is working in a ************** role, for a non-profit. I was contacted by this company in the spring of 2021 stating that they were a document preparation company and they could enroll me in the ************** Loan Forgiveness program through the government. They told me it would be $100 out of my account every month, to which they would make payments to my servicer. They requested access to my Nelnet account and said they would contact/make payments on my behalf. About a year later (March 2022) I received an email from them that they were no longer billing my account. I have made attempts to contact them and I am disconnected or never called back. I have made over $1,000 in payments to them and I am unsure that it actually went to my student loans; and by giving them access to my account, I am unable to check. Please help!
