Since July 0f 2022, I have been having ongoing dental work at APLA Dental. Because of pain and inability to chew food throughly, it was required that the dentist remove the damaged and broken teeth some of which were below gum line. All top teeth were removed as it was medically necessary. I had the majority of my lower teeth removed for the same reason. I need a full upper plate and a partial lower plate. The Dental Insurance Health Net/ Liberty Dental is now refusing to pay for the upper and lower plate claiming it isn't medically necessary and the dentist office has provided the necessary paperwork to prove it is medically necessary. The dentist office has provided the paperwork numerous times and has complied with any and all request from Health Net/ Liberty Dental. I have no top teeth and 6 bottom teeth. It is very difficult to eat. Because I am unable to chew my food at all, I am experiencing Heart burn stomach upset and sever hiccups. I also feel very self conscious because of my physical appearance. My speech has been affected also, leaving me embarrassed to speak to anyone unless absolutely necessary. This experience has taken an emotional and physical toll on me.Initial Complaint

02/28/2022 liberty dental rep called to inform me of an appointment 2 hours from my house for my son. He is ************************************************************************************************************** ********* with transport and not be able to pick up minor child also not spending 10 hours for a 3 hour round trip or can afford the transporation cost my self as i am on public assistance
