Order# ****. The bike was picked up last September 27, 2024. October 7, 2024, I was told that the accounting will process my refund for $2,445.36, by the end of the week. I made a follow-up last October 24, 2024 but did not receive any response until now, October 31, 2024.Business response

We have processed a refund as per the resolution, and a check # ******* in the amount requested was mailed to the address on file.
We usually process all refunds at the end of the month. We can send you a copy of the check if needed.

I purchased an Emojo Electric Trike from Bike ***** on July 3rd. I received it July 14. When assembling we found a problem with one of the parts. I contacted support at Bike *****.They were supposed to reply within2 days, they did not. We were able to make the part work good enough to use the bike. After fully charging the battery, I rode the bike for 20 minutes. The next day I tried riding the bike, but it did not have power. The battery should not be dead, but I put it on the charger for 6 hours to be sure it was charged and tried again to ride it. It still had no power. I contacted Bike *****. They assured me the manufacturer would contact me that day. That was 3 days ago, I have not heard from them. I called Emojo customer service today. They said I need to email tech support. I told them I did that but have not gotten a reply. I asked them to please respond today. He said he would pass that on to them. I am saddened, frustrated, furious and now just want to return the bike. I shouldnt have to pay for something I cannot use. I will be looking for a full refund.Initial Complaint

We returned an electric bike battery for a refund in November 2021 per the company's request.
