      I called K1 speed racing this week 3 times to make sure before driving 3 hours that my son can ride in the teen league.They said yes and that I cant pre-register and need to show up to register.I called the morning of again to verify (today).now I am told that he does not qualify because he is 12.5 years old but used the adult carts last time. So therefore, he is unable to use adult cart this time because hes not 13 yet. The call center provided misinformation and therefore I am asking for a full refund from the call center due to them not transferring me to ********* or to effectively provide accurate information.

      I had pre-purchased an Accelerate youth league registration on December 27, 2023 at the *********/********, ********* location using a gift card that had been purchased earlier in the month along with cash. Accelerate has since been acquired by K1 Speed and I am having a difficult time getting a refund or even a response from the company. When K1 Speed purchased Accelerate they changed their youth league structure so what we paid for is no longer valid to the new structure. Since I paid with a combination of gift card and cash ($50 gift card and $422.48 cash) our location isn't able to issue a refund, so it needs to come from their corporate office in Irvine, CA. Our local facility has sent our request for a refund multiple times to their regional manager, *********************. I have personally reached out to the corporate through multiple emails to ********************************** and left voicemails (when their phone doesn't automatically disconnect the call before getting to voicemail). I reached out to our location again and they have sent another request and gave me the email address of their regional. I sent him an email and still have got no response. Their complete lack of response is outright disrespectful. I realize $472.48 may not seem like a large amount but it was my 10-year-old son's Christmas present from his grandmother. By them not returning the money that was received for a league structure they no longer offer they are basically stealing money from a 10-year-old.

      My 16 yo son participates in the K1 Teen league at the ********** K1 Speed Location. My son made the 2023 top 3 in the State for Karting. Due to this, my son was invited by the K1 Corporate/Marketing team to compete in the 2024 National Championship Competition! On Feb 1, 2024, I received an email from K1 Marketing with all of the information and details needed for the National Championship. The email included the dates and location of the race: We were informed the Teen League National Championships would be held on April ***** at the ********** Location in Winchester, **. The email suggested with the "Shortage of accommodations in the area, we should start making travel plans". With this in mind, I ********** reservations, flight reservations, and rental car. All of these reservations gave me an option to pay in full during the reservation process (Which I did). The reservations in total cost me $2300.00. On 2/15/2024 I received an email from K1 Corporate/Marketing that the race dates had been changed to 6/29/2024 due to the amount of people wanting to attend. I spent the evening contacting my reservation providers and found they were non transferrable and non refundable. I sent an email to K1 Corporate/Marketing letting them know that I had spent this money only for them to reschedule the race without notice and I am now "out" THOUSANDS of dollars for this decision. I received a response with a simple apology for the inconvenience. I furthermore sent an email asking if they could at the very least, consider allowing my son to drive on the track in April since we will be forced to either proceed with our reservations or lose the money. I received a response stating that would not be possible and again apologized for the inconvenience. I am among many families that were effected by this and are losing out on thousands of dollars for a rescheduled date - there is no other reason it was rescheduled other than the amount of people attending.

      Absolutely the worse experience for my sons birthday party this past weekend. *********************** should be fired and not work in customer service ever. He was rude to me and in front of young boys. I wasnt provided the entire party package that I paid over $700 for and he blames their corporate office in ********** for the misconnect and said it wasnt his problem, for me to call them To complain (which I did and they didnt help either). The staff was unaware that there was a party scheduled that day, the party room was 81 and we werent able to sit and enjoy it because it was too hot, the pizza was not what we ordered and it was raw (they forgot to cook it by the time we were done racing so I believe they took it out too soon), no ice and we were offered warm drinks from Their small fridge that was broken, NO and I mean no potty breaks between the 3 races and when one kid went to use the restroom they tried to tell him he couldnt race (even though our group was just sitting there and not on the course , so I let the kid back in to race with our party), they refused to take pics and provide the winning medals for 1st - 3rd place racers and said they have no idea what I was talking about because corporate doesnt tell them whats included in their bday packages and I was stupid enough to purchase through their online office rather than walking in to pay half the price. I was appalled by this behavior! No plates or utensils either (for cake).The place was empty and I was told to book a party so we didnt have to wait over and hour to race with 10 kids, so thats what I did and believe me, It was hell! Yes we raced but we didnt get anything extra from their party package. I want a refund because I didnt get what was promised for the birthday party package, we didnt even get our promised breaks in between the 3 races and the venue was extremely HOT so no water or restroom breaks was absolutely unethical.

      I was at k1 and I went on their track and got on the go carts. Afterwards I realized my keys were not in my pocket so I asked for them to check the track. I was told that my issue was small and it was my fault and problem. The manager was rude and offensive. I was discriminated against and talked down to and laughed at multiple times.

      Hello!My name is ******* ******. I held a birthday party at K1 Speed in ******* on July 1st, 2023. I have had a truly terrible experience with this entire thing.First of all, I booked the party and paid half a deposit for cybersport. I was told that once I had a headcount I would be able to add food/drink packages at a later date. I was told an event planner would call me to ensure that everything was set up ahead of time.I called again and again and even had to show up in person a few times to make sure everything was squared away as I had 35 people coming and needed to make sure we had our space/food/drinks ready. Even up until a day before the party no one had called me. I had also been given misinformation about virtual golf being ready for my event (it wasnt) and the option to bring outside food for a fee (was told later that it was not an option even though I was already told it was). That isnt even my issue with this place. My issue is that during the party I rented our cybersport for 2 hours. Only 3 rounds were played because of the state of the equipment. Pretty much all the racquets were broken. There were some carts not even working which caused uneven games. I had called the Monday following the party on 7/3 and voiced my concerns and I was told a regional manager would be calling me to follow up. It has been over 2 weeks and I have not received a phone call. I have reached out to both the ******* ******** who said they couldnt do anything and that I would have to wait for him to call me and that he is busy AND I called the group sales who said they were transferring me to someone that could help and disconnected my call.I tried to submit a form online for follow up and the form wont even submit due to an issue with the website browser (I tried on multiple devices).This was not a cheap party which I am fully aware of but I feel I deserve to be compensated for the broken equipment/poor experience of the cybersport portion of my event.

      I visited the location 3/17/23 and had the worst experience ever at the ********* location for k1 speed . Workers were super rude and very unprofessional waited 3 hours for a race . After being told 1-1.5 hour wait . I called and asked for a refund and got an apology from an employed and she ensured Id receive a full refund . I spoke with Manager 3/22 again about refund I was promised he stayed it could take 6-8 weeks for a check in the mail . Its not June and and still no refund . I have disputed the charge to my bank but the business lied and said *** never reached out with a complaint. I have reached out via email as well multiple times. I just want the $74.28 refunded back as soon as possible I dont want to have to wait any longer . This business needs a better way to handle complaints with the amount they receive .

      my email to *****************************, K1 Speed Irvine (*********************************)I am following up from the several messages I have left over the last few weeks.I gave a deposit for my son's birthday party, scheduled for Saturday, February25th at 1pm in *******.I have called several times for clarification of the contract, order the food for the party and discuss the final payment. I have not received any response from any message I have left or had a conversation with you or anyone from K1 Speed, since we first & last spoke on February 2nd. When we first spoke you requested a deposit before you sent a contract, and I thought that was odd. Now, you have my deposit and have ignored every message I left. I called a week before the event to order food, and nobody has returned my call.I called to confirm the guest list/count and nobody has returned my call.I called to pay for the party in full, and nobody has returned my call,I had to inform my guests the party has been cancelled by K1 Speed.You collected my money. The charge was processed, Feb 5th, and I have been completely 100% ignored. You have not fulfilled the contractual obligations and the party is cancelled. *************************-Ba

      I was sent a ln email from the refund department to a sum of *****. Of which I never received in the time that was said. 6-8 weeks. And it is only half the refund of what I was promised by manager at the facility in *********. Can I get my refund please?
