      This company takes advantage of senior citizens as well as individuals who are disabled. My mother ordered a Rubicon DX04 Ultra Lightweight wheelchair from them. After placing her order, she spoke to an employee by the name of ****, who promised her that he would remove the joystick controller from the right arm of the arm and locate it on the left arm since my mother is paralyzed on the right side of her body from a stroke. This procedure was to be done before the chair was shipped to the home. Nevertheless, the wheelchair arrived without this being executed. Also, the battery that comes with the wheelchair doesn't charge properly, which renders this device useless for a disabled person who desperately requires a wheelchair to get around the house, besides shopping at local stores for needed items. My mother was told to return the chair by ***** and she would have to pay the cost out of pocket instead of Rubicon Mobility picking up the shipping cost for sending out a faulty chair. Buyer Beware this company has no professional integrity, but has no problem taking a senior citizen's money while sending out ***** dinky merchandise!!!!!!!

      Purchased wheelchair in May of 2022 and less than 6 months later had to replace the battery as well as the battery ******. **************** only sent the replacement parts after extensive troubleshooting was done to source the problem. I had to buy a multimeter reader etc with my own money. Shortly after the battery replacment, the joystick had to be replaced and then once again, the battery ****** had to be replaced. This was outside of the first year warranty, so sure enough, they charged us for the part. I am writing this review today because now the charger completely melted and the battery needs to be replaced again!!! How is that even possible?? In under a year? You can only purchase replacement parts from their online store at a whopping $400 for the battery and new charger. They are selling faulty parts!! They told me there is nothing more they can do. So to recap this is how many parts have needed replacement for ONE wheelchair in under 2 years: 2 joystick controllers, 2 battery sledges, 3 batteries, 2 battery chargers If you are experiencing issues like mine, please do not stop here! Go over to FTC.gov website and file a complaint with the ************************ as well. If the product was purchased via Amazon, write to the company as well as file a complaint adjoining Amazon to this bogus seller. Also, file a complaint with the Attorney General and if you are saavy like me, file a complaint against their license to distribute online. If they hear enough voices, someone will be called to react on behalf of us slighted consumers!

      Terrible product. Has had issues and company doesn't care. They will ask you to jump extra hoops to determine what is causing the issue. Do not buy

      Order # **** MY STATMENT IS A "BUYER BEWARE" NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY DUE TO THE TROUBLES THAT I AND SO MANY OTHERS HAVE HAD, AS WELL. On August 27, 2023, I ordered a Rubicon DX04 wheelchair, and I received it on August 31, 2023. I had learned that this wheelchair has some problems and I need to return my chair to them as soon as possible for a complete wheelchair return refund. I have sent them about 6 emails, and I haven't gotten a response until today. A man had finally called me from Rubicon, and it is really hard to understand him because of his dialect. I told him that I needed a prepaid return label ASAP so I can get it back to the Rubicon Company within my first 30-day period. There was a problem with the unit because after the wheelchair is turned off then the wheelchair keeps moving and this is dangerous around me and other people, as well. Also, the right wheel is really making a lot of noise and it does not stop. Now after dealing with this company, I no longer want to ever deal with this company anymore. I have read the warranty and I know that I must abide by it and send it back as stated in the warranty. It appears that he will breach the contract that I have about the warranty. According to the warranty I have 30 days to send it back and my very last day to do so is by September 29, 2023. It appears that he is trying to put my return past the 30 days so I can't send it back at all.

      Buyer, Beware Received my Rubicon, Wheelchair would not power on contacted the company they sent me links to ******* to troubleshoot then randomly would answer their phone. Horrible customer service stay away from this seller this is ***** peddling junk to the US, making us think that this is US made this company here is a front accepting substandard merchandise. I have learned my ****** and I will never spend any more than $300 online youll end up with a piece of junk with no warranty buying this c*** that is being sold. im going to buy local it will cost me $1500 more but I will have a warranty. I will have a repair service and a reputable medical supply store. That is the way to go people. All of these chairs look great online, but most of the reviews its a crapshoot substandard merchandise bad sellers warranties that are not honored youll end up with merchandise that cost hundreds of dollars with no way of getting parts. No one to repair so much money down the drain shame on people for taking advantage of the handicapped. It is so much money out of our pockets shame on you all.

      Very poor CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!.. I Just found that your Business is NOT ACCREDITED and HAS A RATING of " F " in a LARGE CAPITAL " F " I wish now that I had looked at BBB or other CUSTOMER REVIEW SITES before ordering yours.If you cannot easily fix it , then it should be replaced ASAP. It's for my wife , who is very limited in her mobility and getting worse.The Wheelchair is : Electric Wheelchair **- EALD3 Series

      BEWARE!: The seller STALLED me past the REFUND deadline. AMAZON and the seller WON'T return my emails. SHAMEFUL TREATMENT of the HANDICAPPED. Wheelchair was initially shipped with broken battery, which was replaced. Joy stick failed after 7 months. Bolt for wheels broke after 5 months. Calls, texts and emails (blocked) go unanswered. I Will NEVER buy from this company again! 2nd Joy stick replacement malfunctioned--crashing my knee into a wall with sudden acceleration. Caused deep cut that I'm still recuperating from. AMAZON, I WANT A FULL REFUND OF THIS DANGEROUS PRODUCT!
