In December 2021 I purchased 2 one year subscriptions. for two Nephews. To date neither ever received a magazine. . I called customer service at first week of July and asked them to be sent to me....still no magazines. I would like a refund within 10 days since no magazines were ever received. $23.94.Business response

Dear ************--Thank you for having brought to our attention *************************** complaint about having purchased 2 one-year subscriptions to our magazine, ENTREPRENEUR, for her 2 nephews, who never apparently received the magazines. We sincerely apologize for this failure and of course will honor ******************** request for a full refund of $23.94. Accordingly, I can confirm that our magazine subscription fulfillment services has advised us that they have processed the refunds in the following 2 transactions: The first for $20.94 on 7/28/2022 and the second for the remaining balance today (7/29/2022). Please let **************** know of this resolution and, of course, let me know if there are any remaining issues in connection with this matter.

Family of ****************** wishes to CANCEL her subscription to this magazine, which some phone scammer sold her. She is 93 years old, senile & legally blind - she never would have chosen this publication, it's inappropriate for her & the family is throwing them in the trash. Tried to unsubscribe her on-line, only to be told that they could not help & contact whoever sold them to her. Family has no info on who that might be or way to contact - just want it stopped. If customer service has any info, we would like them to share such with us, so that we may cancel others & work toward a resolution.Business response

Dear *******************,
We just received for the first time notification of your complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau. We apologize for your previously unsuccessful efforts to cancel the unwanted subscription to our magazine, Entrepreneur, which was apparently sent to you by an agency unrelated to our publishing company. In response to your request, we have contacted the agency, which has confirmed cancellation of your subscription, effective March 25, 2022. While Im not sure whether you will receive another issue in the meantime because it was already in the process of being sent out to you, please let me know if you continue to receive issues.
Thanks for letting us know of your problem, and we certainly hope that it has been fully and finally resolved.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
