My son birthday was on September 20 so I placed my order on September 16. When I went to pick up my order which is 13 miles from my place the employee out there was very irresponsible made me wait for around ********************************************************************************************** get your money back. she didn't even apologize and was showing attitude in her reply. I ordered a Deluxe Chocolate Mousse 8" Cake father's day cake online (06/15/2023, Order # *****************) and the pick up date was 06/17/23 **** pm. I went to pick up the cake and spoke with the store supervisor, ****************. He told me "the cake has not been made, ***** overlooked the order. I can pick up the cake next day, 18th June 2023 at 10 am. **************** prioritized the order and apologized to me for the inconvenience". FYI: my father who is 79 years old is visiting me all the way from ***** and staying with us for a month. Thus, this father's day is special to me to have him with me in-person. June 18th: I went to the ********** mall from *****, ** at 10 am to pick up the cake. The person at the front desk brought a "black forest cake instead of chocolate mousse cake. I told him I did not order black forest cake, and my father does not like cherry fillings in cake. He told me this is the only cake he has and the chocolate mousse cake is not available. He mentioned that it was never sent to this store for father's day occasion. I was surprised as well as very upset! I told him how come **************** did not mention this issue (chocolate mousse cake not available) when I came to pick up the order yesterday. No one from the store nor the online platform where I ordered informed me about this issue. If I would have been told I can arrange a chocolate mousse cake from another 85C store or from another brand. I drove this morning 40 miles just to pick up the cake. If **************** would have told me this, I could cancel the order and would not have wasted my time driving this morning. This is a very unprofessional as well as frustrating". I drove 80 miles (*****, ** to ********** mall, CA) and spent 2 hrs- round trip to get my pre-ordered cake. I could not have the "cake of choice" on this father's day. This is too late to get a full size cake from another store. I am so annoyed and disappointed with this type of irresponsible and careless service from 85C. Pre-ordering the cake is to make sure that I will get the cake which I like on a special day- has a lot of emotions attached to it. Not having it ready and no communication about it to the customer is more than a horrible service in my opinion. I feel that I am harassed and wasted my time in driving and gas cost.Initial Complaint

I purchased several bakery items today and two panna cotta mango deserts. Each of the panna cotta deserts was **** plus **** % tax. This was for order ***** on 5/7. Credit card purchase reference number *************. **** did not put both in the bag. I called and they claimed they could not refund my credit card unless I was physically in the store. I was already at home and nowhere near their store. They refused to manually enter my credit card information for a refund. I am not able to back to this store location and fix their error. They need to process a refund for the item I was charged for and not given. I expect an adjustment to my charge. The receipt is attached.
