I work for a ********************** in *************, **. We purchased a concrete table with a solar top that can charge cell phones. The purchase was in Memorial of a volunteer for the community who passes away. Sadly, the vendor had to close down due to COVID. This we understand and support. However, the vendor was unable to fulfill the contract so we asked for the deposit to be refunded. This was December 14, 2021. The vendor sent ** a check, however the check bounced. I spoke to *****, the Office Manager, who apologized and was to get out a replacement check. On September 8th, the Manager ***** acknowledged and agreed to resolve the issue. Since that date, the vendor has stopped returning emails and will not answer or return phone calls. I have emails to document all of this.Business response
