      I made a purchase with this business on September 5th and 6th of 2024. I never received an update from the company until a week after, 9/13/2024. They have no form of communication, their email system is overflooded, and the only way to get a response from them is through social media if you get lucky (@OOTDfash). 90% of my attempts have been shut down, even their phone line is non-existent. I also have tried to find them in person, but they close their business in very limited hours M-F from 10:00 AM through 12:00 PM. My issue with this company is that they have failed to allow customers to communicate in any means necessary and I wonder if they are a scam. When it comes to returning, it has been a failed attempt with reaching contact. I am at a loss with this company and to communicate with them is completely lost. I need help.

      I never recieved my stuff i emailed them through email and shop app and never a response how am i paying for something i never recieved ive ordered plenty of times from them never had this issue

      I purchased a pair of shoes for $41.62 on October 23, 2021. The wrong size shoes arrived. This is supposed to be covered under their return policy, listed on the website. We have exchanged 29 separate emails in which they initially told me to just gift the shoes to a friend, and then told me they would only give me a 30% refund, contrary to their stated policy. I finally agreed to that via email, but only if they would tell me whether there was anything at all I could do to prove that I should get the full refund (or the correct size shoes). They have not responded since that email, two weeks ago, despite me following up multiple times. I have sent pictures proving they're the wrong size and have asked what else they need, but am not getting any response at this point - and only got a repeat of the 30% refund offer before that. My most recent email to them was January 12, 2022, and their last email to me was December 31, 2021. The order number is ND21102321321565. I have all of the emails saved and attached - the saving process was weird so they're in opposite order (Email 13 was the first email I sent, and email 1 is the last.) The emails are grouped by "email they sent, and then my response or responses."
