I am receiving NUMEROUS emails from this company.1. You are to immediately cease sending emails (within 24 hours)2. You are to disclose where/when/who and the ** address where you obtained my information 3. You are to COMPLETELY and IMMEDIATELY delete ALL my ************** are to ensure that ALL my information is COMPLETELY and IMMEDIATELY deleted from ANYONE who you may have shared or sold my information to.I will accept NO other response than what is stated above.Initial Complaint

I placed order #FG1000105784 on 12/7/21 for a Christmas ornament for $26.90. After multiple attempts to contact them via email (no phone # available) I received a response on 1/20/22 apologizing for not updating the tracking # on my order and it would take 48 hrs to update. On 1/29/22 I received an email that there was an issue with my address and to verify my address. The following day I received an email confirming my address and that my order would ship out and to expect a tracking # in the next 7 work days. Well, I guess their work days are different because today is 2/18/22 and I haven't received a tracking #, I haven't received my order, and I sure haven't received a refund. This company is a SCAM and they are THEIVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Initial Complaint

I purchased a watch for my son on 12/4/2021 and immediately my credit card was billed. The website stated if I ordered by 12/10/21 it would arrive by Christmas. I never received an invoice, tracking number etc. as of today 1/5/22 I still have not received the watch. There is no phone number on the site. I have emailed several times and have never heard from them. I would either like the watch or a refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product on Nov 23 . As of yet I have not received anything. I have sent 7 emails to which you receive a computer generated reply. There is no contact phone number. This company is a fraudInitial Complaint

I aced an order# FG1000105248 on 12/4/21 for $71.00 . I received an email on 12/7/21 saying my order was shipped. As of 12/23/21, I still have not received the order. I have sent five email to the company, but all I receive are emails stating they received my email and are reviewing it. I can't call because there is no phone number listed. I have also tried the apps they suggest for shipping tracking, but they tell me nothing and one doesn't even work. I I tried contacting family gifts through ********* a link the company sent me, but it's "broken" or taken down. This order was Christmas presents for my family for a deceased family member. This was so important for my family.Initial Complaint

I purchased a personalized Ornament for Christmas. I received confirmation of my Order on Dec 5th. I have sent several emails seeking confirmation of the Ornament ordered and requesting a delivery status but they have not responded. I want the return of my $24.90 paid
