      On Feb 2,2024 I ordered a pet probiotic for my dog. It said Expedite order in 2-3days. Tried e-,-mailing company. Got declined .service would not go through Tried calling...busy signal Called again..rang then turned to busy signal. Contacted credit card Then I hear from Petronics saying order would be delivered Sat the 17th. NO ORDER RECEIVED. I asked them if this was coming from *****..If it was I don't want it. Said no it comes from *****. Don't believe or trust this company.

      I purchased a set of "indestructible dog toys made for aggressive chewers" that my dog was able to destroy within five minutes. The toys were low quality and poorly made. I notice that the company has now changed the wording on their web site and now refers to them as "durable pet toys." Even this is an inaccurate description. The toys appear to be made in ***** and are of the poorest quality. These toys should not be allowed to be sold in *****************, where we have higher safety and honesty standards.

       Company offered a $6 refund after several emails. This is not acceptable. I paid $39.99 for three useless, easily destroyed toys.

      Ordered 3/29/23 ************ is advertising "indestructible" dog toys. My ten pound dog ripped the toy apart within minutes. There are a multitude of complaints on other sites I've just found about false advertising. The company has a HUGE BANNER on their main site petronics.co that says buy one get three free.I only received ONE TOY. I emailed through their site and never received a response. Today I called for our times it rings once or twice and goes to a busy signal.This one toy cost $40! I only bought with the promise of receiving four toys total. I only got one. If I do not receive what I ordered I will file a chargeback with B of A for false advertising.

      This business "guarantees" that their dog toys are indestructible. I purchased 4 of them for my dogs. The toys were destroyed in less than an hour. I contacted the company because they guarantee the product. They are only offering a 30% refund. I am requesting a full refund because their product is not as advertised.

      The business was advertising these toys as indestructible. They didn't even last an hour. Toys were falling apart in minutes. Regardless of items being on sale, they did not hold up as advertised.

      I purchased 2 dog toys that were advertised as indestructible, fun for years to come, not be able to be ripped apart from the company advertising 14 day money back guarantee, satisfaction guaranteed, stand behind our quality product 100%. Also an ******** flag is on the website indicating to buyers it is from ******* but it is from *****. The entire website is misleading and false advertisement. My items arrived and one was defective. The company refuses to take back the items and issue a refund. They will only offer a 30% refund.

      On 2/13/2023, I purchased 3 dog toys from this company who advertises their toys as indestructible which means incapable of being destroyed! My dogs had these cheaply made, regular studded animals destroyed within minutes! How do you advertise a dog toy as indestructible and then only offer a 30% refund or replacement? Why would I want a replacement and have my dogs destroy it again, and swallow the parts and get sick?! This FALSE advertising!!! The material isnt even a tough material, its regular stuffed animal material! I paid $49.99 for these three stuffed animals. I took videos of my dogs because I knew when I took them out of the package they would be immediately tore up because of the quality. They only want to refund 30%! That is ridiculous! Advertised as INDESTRUCTIBLE!! I want my $49.99 back!! Take note of picture when I took it out of the package. I then gave it to my dogs. I took it from my corgi, minutes later!

      I UNDERSTAND that the REFUND POLICY is 30% although its RIDICULOUS AND YOU ARE FALSELY ADVERTISING INDESTRUCTIBLE DOG TOYS.  They are NOT INDESTRUCTIBLE!  You should NOT be allowed to advertise these products as such and rip customers off with a 30% refund!  But thats because you KNOW they are cheaply made, and you will still make money!  So refund my 30% and hopefully the BBB will do something about the false advertising!
