SERVICELAST BEWARE I keep hoping to be proven wrong, and have held off writing a review. Initially this company may seem great (or not). When the *** is liable, homeowner is somewhat between a rock and a hard place, wanting to trust that *** has owners and propertys best interests in mind. If your situation has any hurdles be prepared for multiple employees that have no idea what they are coming out for; as they do not send the same technicians, that lack important information, that do not have a clue as to what has occurred, that have zero care, respect, acknowledgment for the homeowner nor home. (Some of the technicians seem competent, professional, respectful, cordial.) Apparently, from reading reviews, when *** hired LAST summer, there are great coordinators. I did not get one. The lack of communication between my coordinator, the *** and the multiple, some incredibly rude, technicians is beyond despicable . I have zero faith that they are doing their due diligence to ensure things are properly done. They do not care about the homeowner or ensuring important details are properly handled and accomplished. At this point I do not trust a word they say, thus I do not trust that they are doing anything correctly! Third party testing, hmmmmm, cleaning/sanitation hmmmmm, competency hmmmmmmm.,,,,,,

I NEVER THOUGH SOMEBODY **ULD BE SO EVIL WITHOUT BLINKING AN EYE. OWNER IS CHARASMATIC NO DOUBT BUT WHAT A **NNIVING FRAUD. MY SISTER AND I HAD SUSTAINED WATER DAMAGE IN A TRABU** CANYNON **NDO AND THE *** MANDATED SERVICEFIRST REST. FOR REPAIRS. THE WORST NIGHTMARE OF OUR LIVES. NEARLY 4 YEARS & **UNTING. HE IS A **NNIVING, DECEITFUL NARCASSIST. HIS MALEVOLENT **NDUCT IS IRREPREHENSIBLE. I DON'T USUALLY WRITE REVIEWS. BUT I FEEL AN OBLIGATION TO PREVENT ANY OTHER HUMAN TO GO THROUGH THIS. HE POSTPONES & DELAYS WITH BELIEVABLE EXCUSES. HE WANTED TO START THE DRYWALL IN 4 MO DUE TO BIG JOB **MING UP. WHEN HE THOUGHT HE WAS GOING TO GET THE 84K ENTIRE JOB HE WAS AVAILABLE. HE BLAMED THE WATER MITIGATION ** FOR THE PERMIT. I **NTACT **UNTY & FIND OUT ON THE **NTRARY. HE PULLED THE WRONG PERMIT PURPOSLY OUT SPITE. *** WOULD CALL OR EMAIL STATING HE SAYS I AM HOLDING UP THE **** WHAT! I AM THE ONE WHO WANTS IT DONE NOW. HE TOOK 6 MONTHS FOR A 5 DAY DRYWALL. MY POOR TENANTS WERE IN TEMPORARY HOUSE FOR 9 MONTHS. WAIT IT GETS WORSE...HIS NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING DRYWALL SUBS WERE MOST DEFINITELY NOT DRYWALLERS. **MPLETE BOTCHED JOB! DRYWALL OILY MUD EVERYWHERE!!!! APPLIANCES, OUTLETS, SUBS USED AC AS CUTTING TABLE, CUTOUTS WERE EITHER TOO BIG OR SMALL FOR RECESSED LIGHTING, REGISTERS, OUTLETS. SUBS LEFT F**** IN TOILET STORED IN BACKYARD. DRYWALL BULGING, 5 DIFFERENT TYPES OF TEXTURE, OR NO TEXTURE. BROKE KITCHEN CABINETS, **UNTERS, WALLED FIREPLACE, OUTLETS, SWITCHES, NAILED WIRES. THE **NTRACTOR NEVER SUPERVISED OR INSPECTED HIS **** HE REFUSED TO PROVIDE FINAL BID FOR 2 YEARS. HE MANIPULATED INVOICE ADDING 2K IN NONEXISTENT REPAIRS. i EMAIL THE DIS**VERED INFO. & HE HASN'T SAID A PEEP. HE **LLECTED PAYMENT FROM *** WITHOUT A FLINCH. WE SUFFERED 22K IN DAMAGES AND TO FIX HIS BOTCHED DRYWALL "REPAIRS". THIS GUY IS A PIECE OF WORK. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYONE LIKE IT BEFORE. HE WILL SMILE AND APPEAR TO BE SINCERE THE ENTIRE TIME. HE IS THAT **NVINCING. BEWARE!
