Accell Property Management Inc did overcharge HOA and they cannot reply to the request to refund $8,100. We need a refund with interest for 2 years.Business response

This email has been sent to the homeowner:
Hello ***************,
I received a complaint through the Better Business Bureau regarding a refund on your account. I do not have a record of you contacting our office for a refund.Also, please note that it appears this was set up by you through your bank and this is an automatic ACH that is pulling $300 on the 21st and the 27th of each month for a total of $600.00. I have requested a check in the amount of $8,700 to be refunded to you. Please be sure to cancel your automatic debit from your bank account and/or online payment system that was set up by you.
