About a year ago, I received a letter regarding a recall on my 2012 Hyundai Sonata. See below from Hyundai:Recall 251 - The subject vehicles are equipped with Anti-Lock Brake System (***) modules that could leak brake fluid internally and cause an electrical short over time. An electrical short could result in significant overcurrent in the *** module increasing the risk of an engine compartment fire while parked or driving. We are currently making preparations to implement the Safety Recall remedy. As soon as a remedy is available, owners will be mailed a notification letter by first-class mail to bring their vehicles in for service. This procedure will be performed at no charge. We currently do not have a date to provide on when the remedy will be available as we are still currently working on a remedy.Owners can continue driving these vehicles, however, Hyundai recommends owners to park their vehicles outside and away from structures until the recall remedy is completed.Since then, I have had problems with my car regarding *** system failure. In 2019, I had the same issue and paid over $700 to get it repaired. As a result of this, I have not been able to drive the car because I don't feel safe and it had not been able to start due to the *** system failure. I called about 3 weeks again and made an appointment to get the recall repaired. When I arrived, I was promised a loaner car that wasn't available and was also told that the part needed to repair my car was on back order. I have lost so much time and money dealing with this dealership and Hyundai Corporation. The fact that they made an appointment for me to come in to get the RECALL repairs done and not have the decency to call me or hold the part for me since I had an appointment is unacceptable. To expect me to driver a car that could catch on fire is inhumane. I am asking for reimbursement of alternate transportation services and lost time from getting to work

I took my car to this dealership for two software recall updates only. While there they removed the splash shield from under the car which I did not ask them to do. when I went to pick up my car, I asked them to put the splash shield back on the car. They told me they could not because the technician that took it off went home already. So, I asked for the part back so I could install it before I left their dealership. I was given the part back but without the mounting bolts since no one could find them. Since the splash shield was not on my car when I drove it home the fender liners which had been secured to the splash ****** were now loose and got pulled in against the tires while I was driving and were damaged

My 3 year lease for a 2020 Pallisade ended in Dec 2022 and so I started a new lease for a 2023 Pallisade in Dec 2022 with LN Hyundai. I signed the contract on Dec 19. I never received plates or a statement for payment. One month later in Jan, I received phone calls and letters from Hyundai Finance, that i was in debt for my 2020 Pallisade as it had not been returned. I called the dealer and they said my old lease was never ended and paid off with Hyundai and that they would do that immediately. That took about 2 weeks after my constant reminders and phone calls pushing them to focus on it. Once it was cleared in the system because the dealer finally did what they were supposed to do back in December, they said the paperwork was signed incorrectly and needed to be done again. On feb 3 I signed the same contract again. I received my plates 2 weeks later however my registration sticker is dated for December. So i asked the dealer to change it to Feb as now my contract date is 3 year from Feb 2023 ro Feb ****. He said they cant do anything about it and left the issue to me. In dec **** I will have have to pay a whole year of registration for a car that I will return 2 months later. I also still haven't received an account statement and still haven't made a single payment for this car as i dont know how to pay who to pay how much etc. I asked the dealer countless times to help me, they were never able to produce a statement or give me an account number. I contacted the ** after working with the Finance manager for 3 months, to tell him how terrible this experience has been, he hung up on me. I went to Hyundai corporate and filed a claim for dealer fraud, they said they cant do anything because the dealer is privately owned and to go to BBB. The sales person hat sold me the car has left the dealer because it was so terrible. in hyundai corporates system the lease is still dated dec 2022 instead of feb 2023, so the dealer has not filed the new contract.

I bought a vehicle from this dealership late March of 2022. The vehicle immediately needed service after purchasing, new brakes and rotors. If the vehicle inspection was completed correctly they wouldve seen the vehicle needed new brakes and rotors. At the time of purchase I mentioned the vehicle seemed to be shaking and I was unsure id it was normal. They advised me that it was the roadster feeling and that theyve completely inspected the car, and that it has no issues. I find out 3 months later that the shaking is caused by the vehicle needing new engine mounts. Ive tried talking to the dealership directly myself and asked for help with the issue and they dont want to help me. Very sketchy and they do not perform inspections before selling used vehicles.
