      I was wrongly fired from this job and when I was fired was told it was because I contacted HR. There was a previous issue which was said was resolved and they were going to leave it alone but then I contacted HR and went to work and got fired. On my last paycheck they shorted me. I have been trying to reach out to get my money and I cant get anywhere with anyone they will not respond. I do have proof of the money I was supposed to be making from the dates it was supposed to start and everything. This does Include texts from the regional manager stating how much money I was supposed to be making and my last paystub with the incorrect pay.

      On 7/1/2024 at 6:27 pm, I ordered food through the drive-thru as the lobby was locked. I ordered 12 tacos, 3 fries, and 2 drinks. After paying, the drive-thru attendant gave me my drinks and all the food in one bag. I pulled forward and checked the bag, but I was missing two crispy tacos.I returned to the drive-thru and informed the attendant of the missing tacos. She insisted that everything was in the bag and claimed she had placed the crispy tacos at the very bottom. I informed her that I had taken everything out of the bag and the tacos were not there. She insisted I was wrong and stated that she was the manager and does not make mistakes. She refused to check my bag and made me leave the drive-thru.This feels like fraud. What's to stop her from taking people's money, handing them a bag of napkins, and keeping the money? She can tell customers they are wrong without any investigation. I have tried multiple times to get a refund. If she is indeed the store manager, she has the authority to steal from customers with no accountability. When you submit a ticket online, it is sent to the store for review. I am sure she just deletes these as she believes she is incapable of making a mistake. I simply want my money back. I paid for food and was treated disrespectfully.

      I called corporate and was told I would receive a call from the district manager, I was sent a $10 certificate for my issue but I don't think this has been resolved. I went through the drive thru at the ************* location and the employee at the drive thru threatened me and asked me to step outside to beat my a** I feel after being threatened this employee no longer needs to be working for your establishment and my order should be completely refunded. This occurred on 6/26/24 at 12:28pm order #** amount $24.98.

      I received food poisoning from one of the locations in ********* **********. After submitting a report on the app, the manager called me soon after, and accused me of lying. I have called several times since September in order to get a refund, only to be ignored, lied, and fed false information. I have called their customer support over a dozen times at this point, every time they claim they are submitting a report and refund request, with a follow up. No one ever attempted to contact me, no emails, calls or texts. I keep having to recall and be told the same thing, even several of their support team supervisors. They claim there is no one else I can talk to regarding this issue and they have no control, and only have the ability to file reports. I am continously told the same things over and over yet I still receive no ticket numbers, no refund or compensation, nothing. At this point I believe compensation is due on top of a refund for the time, stress, and length of this issue. They do nothing to help, so I file this in hopes someone else may do something. I type this even while on hold with another supervisor in another vain attempt to get assistance.

      I placed a mobile order and when I arrived 5 minutes after I had placed the order they were closed and had been for over an hour. Their online ordering was open till 12 midnight, the business information said it was open until 12 midnight but they closed at 10. When I tried to explain that to the employee still there they refused to issue a refund. Multiple calls to the store and emails to corporate have given any result aside from an insulting $10 coupon. They stole $51.31 from me and I'm demanding it back.

      Went into del taco to eat with my grandson upon ordering I utilized my mobile app for rewards and check in scan fir points from biding after I ordered I showed the cashier my reward scan ti scan the cashier scanned it to start I had 500 plus points the item I was getting was ********************************************************************************** it only reduced my points not total amount of my order I explained that to the cashier he insisted that the reward app didnt take points so I was trying to show him my phone he went into defense of being right and woukd T allow me to show him my phone stating item was redeemed I asked for manager and was told no manger was here and basically the cashier stated I am now refusing to serve u and calling the police so I called thinking the law coukd help with this the police came in talked to the cashier and got my voided receipt of the purchase I was trying to make but was told the cashier really didnt know what happen ****************** so with my receipt the officers got the cashiers name and managers imfo and told me the manager should be in in the morning I was denied service and police called on why trying to proof the cashiers human mistake it happens but I was unfairly treated and I have made a complaint to del taco online and will go see manager to report this cashier which I doubt Ill get response to by the wat no one stepped up to satisfy the customer I was t rude or loud its all on the store video thank you
