I bought an xcarve machine from this company based on a video on their website stating 3 years if easel pro comes with this machine. After I purchased it the website stated that I had to buy easel pro on my own. I bought this based in the video on their website. I hired an attorney who sent a letter on my behalf about the video stating 3yrs free. The attorney watched the video as well. I just want my 3yrs free of easel pro with no vindictive attitude after I get it both now and future. Please help I have been paying for something that was advertised for free. I paid 1200 for machine plus 2 months thus far on the easel pro that advertising free on the video.Initial Complaint

I bought a 3D printer from them for $700 in 2019. It stopped working. Their tech team told me to buy $140 worth of upgrades, which I did. They wouldn't help me implement the upgrades, so I hired GrindMonkey to talk to them on my behalf and upgrade the machine. We were back and forth with their tech team who took very long to get back to us if at all every step of the way. The conversation and lack of responses are logged in the attachment. Matter Hackers eventually completely stopped responding. I've called, left messages and assured I'd be called back, but with no success. This ran up a bill of over $1000 with GrindMonkey. I paid $199 for another printer just so I could get my printing job done, but it's far inferior. GrindMonkey has my printer still. They are 3 hours from me and I can't afford to go get it back especially since it's useless since it isn't repaired. The amount I'm asking at this point is the money I'm out (not including driving back and forth 3 hours in the past to bring the printer to GrindMonkey and the hours of my own time wasted). April 3 is my most recent attempt at contacting them.
