Did not have an honest experience with this company. Was told I had best deal of the year. Find out that Black Friday is a Better deal. Their filament broke off messed up the extruder of a brand new X1C Bambu printer I was able to break it down fix it. Support shows no mercy for the customer. I will never to business with this company again. Mind you they only give you 5 days to price match. They also will charge you 15% restocking fee. Though their filament messed up the product your returning.

You should be able to access this at checkout as long as you are logged in at that time.As for the filament, I did replace this with the Bambu filament refills as we discussed, and those should be shipping to you soon (most likely on Friday, due to the Thanksgiving holiday). Once they ship out, you will receive automated tracking information. If for some reason the colors I selected are not available, we will substitute them for alternate colors. In addition, I did request that this package be shipped out to you with the correct size box with which you can ship back the ** Build Rainbow Bundle that came with your original order, and have attached a prepaid ***** return label for you to use.Regarding your concerns with the filament clog in your extruder, someone from our Tech Support team should be reaching out with a quick call to discuss this.
