Date was 1-13-22 Money paid was $650.00 Committed to euthansia and take my dog to be cremated at nearby place in our town that handles it.I have called and texted trying to find out where my dog's ashes are since it was only supposed to take 2 weeks.I called Peaceful Paws here in ************* and they advised that my dog was never dropped off to them they checked all their records and video and my dog was not brought there. They are a very good place because I have taken another dog there. They have also called the vet many times trying to see what happened also and they are not calling them. I received a text yesterday from the front office at Mesa saying the vet would call me yesterday to discuss, again nothing. I have texted, called over and over and get no answer on where my 16 year old dog (that I cherished) ashes are. I paid for her to have her ashes returned to me, an urn for her ashes and a paw print so far nothing. The invoice I have from them is #**** and my bank receipts showing I paid them in full. I need help, I saw on someone else had posted a review in Dec. that the same thing happened to him with his dog's ashes, I am not sure how it turned out. Pleae help me get answers, and get my dog's ashes back, or a full refund. Thank you
