      Poor customer service by *******. I work for a dealership and have just in the last week alone done several new policies through Progressive. For brand new drivers, never had insurance before. Etc. We are in *** and apparently you are not taking any new business in *** due to major problems. The mutual client had a policy before but hadnt owned a vehicle for a couple years. I have NEVER been told by a single insurance company that we are not taking new business. No new business = death of company. He said we work with Progressive, I said yes I have done new policies all week through Progressive in *** with zero problems, let alone major problems. Seems like discrimination to our mutual client.

      While we understand your concerns, we can assure you that there is no discrimination involved in our ability to write new business in ******** with Progressive Insurance. Our agency works on a commission basis and we want nothing more than to write business and sell policies. As an agent of Progressive, we can only sell policies that are approved by the insurance carrier. Progressive sells through different channels; they sell direct to consumer and also through independent agencies such as ours which is very restrictive in ******** at the moment. We apologize that we could not place your client's business through our agency last week.

      Talk with ***** on the phone about insurance and he helped me out a lot very respectful and even was willing to laugh a little during our interaction. He gave me a good price and is going to help get me good affordable insurance. Great service.

      Very helpful at first when they want your money then you will never hear from them again. They will not return your emails or calls. The price they give you at first will jump up with no explaination and changes will happen again with no explaination and even when you call and talk to a manager and they promise to contact you back they still wont and they wont shop for you on renewals even when you ask they just wont even respond to you. Ive been with them for just over 7 months and cant wait to leave! Doing all the shopping myself now since they wont (even though its their job) this experience has been upsetting and a waste of money and time. Dont use this service. My agents name was **** but even the managers wouldnt call or email you back to help you. Very disappointing.

      This one star review is unfair stating that we were unresponsive. SkyBlue Agent **** did call the client and left a voice mail with the hours that we were open to call in and also replied to the insured's emails. The client emailed back and fourth with her agent as the email thread shows below. As Agent ****'s email stated, he was more than happy to help her. They just were not able to connect by phone over the last week - even though we made calls to her and left voice mails as the client confirms when she emailed back and said "Sorry was in a Meeting when you called yesterday! Was a busy day. "Auto Insurance Rates have continued to rise due to the hyper inflationary economic period we are experiencing. Our agency does not set the rates, the insurance companies do. We are always happy to reshop a client's rate to see if there may be something comparable with a lower premium.       Not impressed! Contacted them twice and spoke with two different agents on two different occasions and both times they were two call me back with a quote and no one called me back. will NOT call a third time.

      Today I got insurence for the first time ever and I was helped by a lovely gentleman named ***************************. I thought that this process was going to be a struggle and frustrating. While I was on the phone for a decent amount of time it felt like minutes due to **** being extremely helpful every step of the way. Not only did he get me connected to the best pricing I could get he also got my payments split and got my insurance price decreased by $30. Thank you **** for being a wonderful worker and making this process so much simpler and easier then it could have been. You guys are doing great

      They are so dishonest and deceitful in their business. I was told my homeowner policy was $893.00 per year. That I needed to pay $125.00 down to start. They never told me it was for some separate crazy scam insurance policy. I don't know how that is legal. I was literally told it was part of my homeowners policy. If my mortgage company hadn't requested the whole bill $893.00 to pay it, I would have continued to believe it was a upfront fee part of my homeowners. This is a scam. Just be up front about your $125. Fee.

      Hello I have been a customer of ********************** for 3 months too long. I gave them permission to use a prepaid card from ******* to start the Autopay debit to save $5.00 each month. After the first month I tried calling them to change the Debit card to my Bank checking account. I was told to call ****** Specialty where they collect the payments for SkyBlue. Just kept getting the runaround back and forth. So each month they would charge me an NFS Fee of $24.99 for not having sufficient funds on my ******* Prepaid card. I would try to call each time to switch Debit cards to no avail. So went to an Insurance Agent and town and set up a new account with the Agent. I am paying just a little more per month to escape the SkyBlue and their ****** Specialty Collector Scam. The headaches are not worth it to save a few bucks.
