October 2023 they came out to look at my dishwasher charged me $75 since its covered under warranty they said ! Then they said its not covered ! they ordered 2 parts against my warranty and first said ** sent the wrong part now the second part is broken. I SPOKE to ** they ordered two different parts on my behalf The manager told me he tells the dispatcher what to say to the customers, he accused me of being hostile when I questioned the next steps he says he doesnt want to do business with me . Called me to say he refunded me $75 and wasnt charging for anything. I wasnt refunded FYI and he kept the parts from ** against my warranty, that now voids my warranty until I called ** ! The parts are covered hes been reported for fraud against ** . Hes rude unprofessional and a fraudulent business! Im not the first person to complain.STAY AWAY HE VOIDS YOUR WARRANTY BLAMES YOU LIES AND TAKES ADVANTAGE OF THIS COMMUNITY! BEWAREBusiness response

We were told by ** customer service, the part wasnt covered.
We did receive 2 parts from them because the customer service representative made a mistake on sending them.
We returned the parts and didnt bill the homeowner any money.
Since there was a misunderstanding in what was covered.
We done nothing wrong, we reimbursed the homeowner and apologized for any misunderstanding and mistake on our part.
We did nothing wrong and cheated no one.
We were told by the father. The daughter has had an issue of not getting her ways with more than once. And always files complaints.
Again, we didnt defraud anyone and reimbursed all monies.
