My experience with Sweet Sleep improved 100% after an immediate response from the owner who is making my experience with them be a possitive one. I hope our communication and my business remains at the stage it is at. I will know within the next few months if I am 100% still satisfied with my mattress. I have put my trust in them to provide me a suitable mattress to improve the quality of my health, due to the numerous spinal taps I must have every month for the next few months. My recovery is very detrimental and I have faith that I can put my trust in their hands and their mattress will meet my expectations. The customer service I recieved was good, but the response time for any concerns were met before I could proof read my review, I was contacted by the owner, making sure that I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and to me that meant a lot, to know that my concerns were immediately resolved in what I call "Lightening Speed", that makes up for any prior concerns that I had, because customer service like that, you don't recieve anymore from anywhere. So that totally made a possitive impression, and has a greater outcome than I expected, and I am excited to recieve my mattress tomorrow and can't wait. I'm excited and I'm going to dress my bed all pretty with new linen and beautiful comforter set that I've been waiting to use for this special occasion.
