      They diagnosed the car and then kept it a week and half to fix it, I was told they had to remove the whole dash to correct the problem which was the actuator. On the invoice I received upon getting my car back it said replaced both mode and temperature actuator and re learned the system position and now working fine. Thats what the paperwork read. The problem still persisted took the car back to them they told me that it was the battery it did not have enough cranking amps so I went out and purchased another battery which was ******. And the same problem still there. Run down the battery if not started or driven daily. The noise that was supposed to have been fixed is still persisted.took it back again they replaced the part, as well as another diagnosis that was trace and concern to be at recir bend door shows lots of stress and age affected, Door is warped at inner corner causing new actuator to work extra force to default position need new mix havac case, which I believe all this should been diagnosed and observed in the beginning. Now they want more money to fix the problem. If they had done a full diagnosis on the car they shouldve caught that problem in the beginning. Now I am out ******** parts and labor and another ****** for a battery that was not needed had the car been diagnosed properly in the beginning.

      Bait and switch. Don't believe the websites prices. Drove an hour for the car to cost so much more. DONT BOTHER TO GO TO AV CHEVROLET. They said the website prices were pre-ordered for customers. I said why advertise them?

      I received an advertisement in the mail from Antelope Valley Chevrolet disguised as a Monopoly game. After playing the game it appeared as if I had won $********. Certainly enough to get my lazy **** off the couch and travel the 85 miles or so down there to collect the prize. But I thought, no, there has to be a catch. No matter how I searched, there were only three things that looked like they may be a catch.

      One; was there was a number to call so you could verify you had a winning ticket. When I called it, it was inoperable. That should have been a dead giveaway, but I thought it was a new game, and they just needed time to get the phone setup.

      Two; there was a statement that said "Order of winning symbols does not match order of winning prizes". Which doesn't even seem to make sense when looking at the ticket.

      And three; there was a statement that said "Confirmation code determines actual prize awarded". Should have been another dead giveaway.

      A couple of days later, I called again. This time a robot answered, I entered my confirmation number, and it confirmed I was a winner, but didn't say for how much. After traveling all the way down there, they told me that even though my game card said I won $*****, my confirmation code showed I only won $3.00. Apparently, I wasn't the only one this happened to either.
      This sounds like false advertising or some kind of bait and switch which I always thought was illegal. Is there nothing that can be done about this kind of heinous duplicity?

      This is an update of my previous review. I have my car back and it is running fine. The customer service doing this whole ordeal was important because I was irate but they remained professional, I went low but they went high, thank you Albert (the new manager) thank you Richard ( the former manager) thank you Chris my service advisor and thank all the women and men in the service dept for helping despite my rudeness. Thank you Antelope Valley Chevrolet for caring about your customers, and especially showing courtesy towards your senior citizens customers .

      I took my 2018 Chevy Cruise to get an oil change, when I picked up my car it was shaking and driving rough, I took it back and Stephen said there is no check engine light on, and no fail diagnostic comes up. Ok nothing done, it started running worse, I took it back a second time, Stephen says come back Tuesday for a diagnostic, now the check engine light is on, the car says service stabilizer. I'm 68 yrs old, I'm tired and I know they have messed up my car. I don't feel safe driving my car, I'm going back mon (3/16/22) help me Lord. I think this dealership is crooked, I know Chris the technician that did the oil change did something wrong and my car really driving bad.

      The vehicle is here in the process of diagnosis.

      Our GM certified tech located trouble codes indication a misfire in one of her internal cylinder's indicating internal engine concerns. We updated the customer in on the next step in this process of a engine compression test to validate the next step in the diagnostic tree in the process of determining what is the root cause of this concern.

      Guest is aware she is out of the manufacture warranty and the guest is aware this is not related to an oil change.

      Yet we will locate her concern and do our utmost best to assist.
