We gave **** tens of thousands of dollars to remodel our home. There is about 25k to 28k unaccounted for. We paid him in full by 8/22/22 for a job that started 6/1/22. Part of the amount listed is a $11,050 cash credit due to us. ** listed it on the contract but never deducted it from our amount due. ** ghosted us ( absolutely zero contact) numerous times for weeks at a time because he spent our money and couldn't finish our project. ** never had any answers to any of my questions he would just look at me like a deer in headlights. During the times of **** ghosting us he would leave me to deal with his employees through a language app very unprofessional. ** gave us numerous deadlines but never kept one. We've had to and have to fix numerous things that were done wrong. There were nine outlets done wrong there are paint droppings all over my new floor that I'm still cleaning the master shower door doesn't close all the way both Master windows are leaking heavily. Everyday we find more to fix. The dishwasher was not secured so when they fixed it they put a white ugly block to secure it so that just added to our list of things to fix. They didn't finish the rock outside. They never closed up where they cut around the water main, it was just left open and they never installed our privacy wall. During the construction after a heavy storm, I went to check on my home. My master windows were left open and I had a huge puddle. The workers are extremely messy and careless. We gave **** numerous times to make it right but to know avail. If **** had not lied to us numerous times he may have gotten away with all this.
