In October, 2021 I contacted South Bay Kitchens regarding a home I had recently purchased. There was a wine refrigerator in the kitchen that we did not want in the space, and I requested a quote for something to fill the space.. In the end I decided to put drawers in the space. I have attached an email with South Bay in which they quoted $***** for the drawers, including installation. I paid this amount promptly. I have attached evidence of payment from my bank account, made using the Zelle Ap. The drawers took 4 months to arrive, and are at South Bay Kitchens now. The owner refuses to release them to me because the prior owner of the house owes him some money. I contacted the owner and asked him to resolve the issue with South Bay, but this is really not my problem, and South Bay refuses to give me the drawers I paid for. I even volunteered to pick them up, and have them installed myself, as the owner of South Bay tells me that no one will come to my address due to the prior owner. Please, please help me get my drawers!
