I applied for rent relief on October 3, 2021, through the City of Long Beach, and after 4 months was ******** to a Case Auditor named ***** ** No activity occurred on my case from January until April when my case was ********** to Case Auditor ******* ** I spoke with ******* M in April where I sent in all ********* document as I have done for the past 7 months and now my case has been in the status of Ready for Supervisor Approval for 2 ****** I have done everything that I am supposed to do to submit all the requested paperwork. Meanwhile, the amount of rent owed had drastically increased and if not resolved can lead to me being evicted. I have also called customer service several times because this is the only way that I can know my current updated status because the website only says Applied. I am currently requesting ******* for past due rent from October 2021 to May 2022, and ***** in future rent. This rental process has created a lot of stress and financial hardship for my family and I need this help and should have more progress in the last 7 months
