I had a complaint about *************************** being my ***resentative from Larry H Parker, with ****************** calls and texts after I gave her two cease and desists. The manager, Ms. *************** spoke to me rudely saying "since you don't trust your *** or my office, your cases are closed". Unprofessional. All I asked for was a new *** since mine was not being cooperative and was doing welfare check calls when I begged ***** not to. I told my *** I fell ill, my *** did not disclose facts of my case.

Despite a favorable resolution being reached and a settlement amount agreed on but not signed, my attorney has failed to communicate or facilitate the receipt of my settlement. They notified me in April 2024 that they had until 15 May 2024 (statute of limitations) to get everything finalized or there would be no case anymore. They finalize everything on Husbands part, but have not finalize anything on my part. I have placed multiple calls left multiple voicemails and nobody will ever return my calls. Nobody will ever call me and update me on this claim. Nobody will ever reach out to me unless they need something. I have called multiple times to get updates the last one on 10 May 2024, and I was told that I would begin a phone call that day and it never happened. I went to their office on May 2024 because their website says that they are open on Saturdays and they are not.

Larry H. Parker has been conducting a poor performance in handling a simple settlement case by providing incorrect locations and scheduled times repeatedly for MRI examinations. They are still taking settlement fees as they drag this settlement on via incorrect ******

I signed a contract with LHP on February 10, 2023 the day my actual accident occurred that now going 8-months and I still not at closing of this case the communication from the start has been slow and non-detailed until I had to complain about the first Vy Nvygen who was awful, they start you with basically customer represent thruout the process, the attorney really don't have the time. I believe they take on these smaller accidents and just warehouse them my case shouldn't be at the 8-month window and I am still being told that it's in the **************** now and negotiating, I find this all redundant. They're receiving 33 percent on a case that I believe should've warrated way more but they claim that you only get up to the insured that should've been explained at the start of the contract that how they get you, so I have bassically incurred a lot of expenses in this case and paying them to hold on to whatever I am going to get indefinitely because of why?

Dear ****************, according to our records, we sent you several emails and called you several times in August, just prior to your sending this message. Your case settled with the insurance company, and we needed to work on the final stages of settlement before your funds could be disbursed to you. On ****, we emailed you an update that your check has been received and we are working on reductions and a breakdown. We spoke to you over the phone on 8-4 to provide you with a status.

On ****, we had a conversation with you after leaving you a voicemail. On ****, we emailed you with a status update. On ****, we provided you with another update. During all this time, we had been diligently working on resolving your case with the various medical providers, as well as the ********** of ****** Care Services. You picked up your settlement check on *****. I hope that satisfies any questions or concerns you have about the lack of communication on our end, since we have been in contact throughout and have updated you regarding any major developments on your case.
