This past weekend I attended a festival at this location called the Freestyle Festival. I'm not complaining about the location ************* I am complaining against the organizers of this festival. Only one parking structure was advertised for this festival, and I already knew it would be chaos the day of, and sure enough, I get to that parking structure only to be told it was full and sent me to another one. Once I reached the 2nd structure, they told me that one was full as well, and told me my best bet was to find parking on the street. I have never witnessed and experiences such a disorganized event in my life. I got to ********** at 3:30 pm, and I did not make it inside with my family until 5:30 pm. I missed 2 hours that I should've been having fun ************** and seeing the acts I paid $100 to see, but instead spent them trying to find parking. None of the staff even tried to help, they were basically telling everyone 'good luck'. I missed the 3 acts I bought the ticket for. The first one started at 4:15, the second one at 4:30, and the third one at 5. I had never been more furious in my life. I've even added screenshots of a video I took to show the time it was when I was on the shuttle, barely on the way to the festival. And proof that the only parking they advertised was ONE single structure. Extremely Disorganized and ridiculous.
