I hired this company to clean out my ductwork on my rental. I told them the lockbox code and they did the job while I was away. I paid 208 dollars and the picture I attached is what I found in 2 of the rooms. I called the company and they refuse to do anything and have actually blocked my phone number!Initial Complaint

I hired them to clean the ducts based on a facebook advertisement. The person that came over was not experienced and and was in and out in 30 minutes. Didn't even look at filter in while cleaning, missed the furnace comletely. Didn't run the brush through entire system as advertised Was charged $499 for a "deep clean" only to have the boxes vacuumed with a shop vac. He claimed he cleaned the dryer duct, but when i went to inspect the dryer had not even been moved and there was tons of lint in the dryer duct I reached out to them via facebook and gave them an opportunity to review the work and that since they. lied to me I would like a full refund. They ended up blocking me on facebook. I received a phone call from the local merchant (here in utah) asking for payment and when I told them i had reached out to them via facebook messenger, they informed me that was their parent company in LA and was unaware of my issue with them. Basically this is just a parent org in LA that licenses their name out to other businesses and handles the advertising and routing of leads to the local merchant. They are definitely not certified to clean hvac systems and really un professional. After winning a dispute with the CC for services not render i received a letter threatening to take me to small claims court.Initial Complaint

hired them to clean the ducts in the house I just bought, the kid that came over was highly un experienced, did less than a half done job, left the filter in while cleaning, missed the furnace comletely, didnt run the brush through entire system as quoted, basically was charged $400 for a "deep clean" just to have my boxes vacuumed with a shop vac. gave them an opportunity to come back and make it right, they refused to snake the ducts as was quoted, the tech said he didnt have the negative air machine to do the job right and said to take it up with the manager, I asked them to make it right or issue a refund, and was blocked
