***Document Attached*** BBB CASE#: ******* Hi this is a copy from my last case, I may made some mistake on that one, please see this information for details. Thanks. I have bought a lot of cakes in PB and got many rewards. I ordered some bread online using rewards on 5/15/22 from ************************************************************, I got confirmation that every product was available for pickup. I went to the store to pick it up, the clerk told me that I can only use one reward a day, so I can only get about 1/10th of the items I bought. this afternoon there was a bad traffic I drove more than half an hour to there! I am very angry: their website does not say that you can only use one reward a day; the pressure of living in the********* is high, and no one will go to the store once a day for a small loaf of bread. They are business fraud. This fraudulent business practice should be corrected; if multiple rewards cannot be used at once, then please convert all rewards to me in cash, and I will no longer order any cakes here; today I wasted time, mental loss and gas The cost of use needs to be compensated.Business response
