      My husband ordered a mother's day gift for me on May 2nd. He was so excited and spent the ************ cost to guarantee it be there by mothers day. It came may 29th and was all broken and scratched. The quality was dollartree quality at best, in fact I've gotten nicer things at the 99 cent store. The frame was all scratched the letters popping off, no spaces in between the words. Absolute junk and is extortion selling these for over 70 bucks with shipping. Do not buy from these scammers.

      ordered product on 03May for Mothers Day from their website. Went to their website to track order, says its "In Production/Preparation" since 04May. i've been emailing them weekly about the status and i get the same response. "Due to supply and production issues" we are behind. I've been told twice that they were going to be shipping my product, but told to "give another week" i asked for a refund, they said they could do it with a 10% fee.

      These guys ran a ******** Campaign selling Mother's Day gifts throughout most of April. I ordered a gift almost a month prior to Mother's Day. It's currently a week AFTER Mother's Day and they haven't even "processed" my order. They followed up my first email with "Please be patient" and haven't responded to anything since (even when I warned them that I would dispute on Paypal). If you go to the ******** ad, the comment section is full of people who never received their products. I will paste a link to the ad. *******************************************************************************

      Placed order #MR6230505171008249 on May 6th for a May 14th mother's day gift. Shipping Label was created on the 6th but no progress since. Can't find a phone number but have emailed them twice asking for an update and nothing, no answer...Interesting that before I placed my order, emailed them with a question and got an answer back the next day!!!! But asking for status of my order which was obviously already paid for gets no response!!!! So basically as of this moment, they have STOLEN my money....HELP!!!!! Either send me the gift NOW or refund my money????

      I ordered a Mother's Day gift from their online store and paid through their PayPal link $79.45. The item was supposed to say "Mom You are the piece that holds us together" with 5 puzzle pieces with the family's names. Instead the sign says, "Mom you are the picec that holds ** together." When I contacted them, they offered a 20% refund to which I was not happy with and asked for a full refund. They then offered to send a new sign, so I was ok with that but then they offered me instead $5 refund and suggested that I take a pencil or paint brush and fix the sign myself. Companies like this should not be allowed to conduct business at all. I will not be happy unless I get a full refund.

      Hello,I purchased a product from meet reindeer.com on December 8th 2020. I was hoping to get the product before Christmas as online it says 7-9 day shipping. As Christmas approached I still had not received a product. So I reached out to talk to their customer service. They responded with telling me they were backed up and I should wait "a couple more days" it's been over two weeks since then. It is not January 14th, the product still has not arrived. They are not responding to emails. All I want is a refund, but I'm starting to feel like this is a scam company that takes your money and hopes you forget about the product. Please help me resolve this.***********************

      On April 12 I ordered a Mother's Day gift for my wife from Meet Reindeer. I paid the expedited three day shipping, bringing the total to $100.70. On 25 April I received a tracking number, and the shipping address listed was a combination of my shipping address and billing address (I am currently mobilized with the United States **** to *****, so my billing address and shipping address are not the same). I reached out to them immediately through customer service email (only option provided) and did not hear back from them until the package had been attempted to be delivered and was returned. I heard from them initially on May 4, was told I would need to pay an additional $15 for the business to re-ship the item if it was returned. I reluctantly agreed despite the fact Mother's Day had passed. I still have not received the item and would like my money back. They acknowledged they still have not sent the package. I need help in receiving full reimbursement.

      I placed an online order for a mothers day gift on Monday, April 25th and was charged a total of $67.95 on my credit card for the item (shipping costs included). I have yet to receive the item. I reached out to the general service email supplied on the website on Tuesday, May 24th as the website status noted the item was "ready to ship". I received a response the following day that the order was in "urgent production but due to COVID, production was being delayed. I replied that day that the message did not make sense since the website status noted the item was ready to ship. The response I received was "Sorry for the inconvenience. We believe it can be shipped out in a week. Please don't worry. Regards, ******" I sent a message requesting an update and have not heard anything since.
