I am paying for cable services from Spectrum to gain the ability to watch content from a soccer league (Liga MX) they promote, however, they are very selective on what games they pass on their sports dedicated channel. They promote this side app called VIX+ and I tried it and paid the monthly fee of $6.99 however the servers cannot keep up with the demand to the point where it makes us miss the entire game, and there is no on-demand option where we can rewatch or restart the program/game. When i contacted them for help they admitted they might be some slight inconveniences but nevertheless, they dont miss a payment. So I decided to cancel and seek some sort of resolution on their part. I have disputed the charges and I should be getting my money back shortly. Theres ESPN+, Paramount+, and ******* who do it better with way more content and better servers.Initial Complaint

I suscribed to *** + wo watch games and others; however, once I paid for the service I noticed that the games that they admvertised where not included. It was deducted from my card the ammount of $39.99 (transaction date 2/19/2023). When I tried to contact their customer service, it only answers an answering machine and never receive a call back. I sent several emails requesting my refund. I only suscribed por a period of 10 or 15 minutes then cfancelled the suscription. In one of their emails, they say they don't reimburse.Regardless of the ammount I consider that, since I did not use their platform, I'm entitled to a reimbursement.Thanks
