I had a truly outstanding customer service experience with ************************** of West LA. I was dealing with an extremely stressful water damage-related issue in my apartment, and unfortunately, my building's leasing office was being terribly unhelpful to deal with - which is why I was so beyond grateful to have met 911 Restoration and have their expertise at my disposal. From the start, they were incredibly helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and kind - they immediately tended to my every need, from sending someone to do a preliminary inspection literally within hours of contacting them, to being extremely cooperative with my difficult leasing office, to having their entire team be on-call to meet a very tight deadline. More than anything, they extended so much compassion, warmth, sympathy, and kindness to me during an extraordinarily difficult time, and it made me feel infinitely better knowing that competent, knowledgeable experts were really in my corner and backing me up. They went above and beyond in every single way to help me out - I will always be grateful to 911 Restoration of West LA!Review from Yoan H
