Unfortunately, we were unable to locate any account associated with the name ***** ****** or the email address ******************** To help us further investigate this issue, can you please provide the customers first six and last four digits of the credit card that was charged. Stream prima is taking ***** out of my account every week I don't know who they are I've tried contacting with no luck I just want my refund of198.36 back I don't have anything to support except my chime accountBusiness response

There were no successful charges to the credit card. We have blocked the credit card in question from any future attempts.
